For people from United states Schwab or Fidelity debit card probably the best to use aboard. It give you the ATM fee back as rebate for almost all ATMS and give you very good rate. But when you would want to decline the currency conversion at the ATM, then the bank will convert themselves for a good rate.

I just use my debit card in a ATM machine. decline the current conversion, the your bank will give you the best rate.

I spend 2 days in bangkok last week, and was able to sample 4 of the clubs. (too bad, you can only go to 2 per night for the shows.) Me and my friends went to Tawan the first night, show start about 10:30, it is a very small club, the muscle boys are too strong to my taste lol, then we went to Fresh boys.
