Mediterraneo is a bear-friendly sauna and the non-bears who love them come in droves. It is enormous, and features dark rooms, a video room, massage, and a smoking lounge. It's kept immaculate and is arguably the most popular sauna in Rome. Note that Rome saunas require an ARCIGAY membership card, which you can purchase at any sauna.
