I just walked a block away from the hotel and found another hotel that's comparable. I make sure they allow guests.  They told me they only charge extra if the guests stay overnight. But if they only stay for an hour visit, no charge.  So I am going to move to that hotel, because I still haven't found an apartment with a convenient location. Still have 9 more days to go   Will share how good they will treat me. 

So I don't recommend this Hotel Egina Medellin if anyone intends to bring guests. Eventhough you pay for 2, the second person has to be permament.

I did bought them pizzas and drinks for over 130K.  But I still will move to another secured hotel which told me that they won't charge the hourly guests.  Only 30K for overnight guest.
