Romeo has spun off it's escort ads into Hunqz.com now and it's free. Hunqz is by far the primary place escorts in Europe advertise. When you sign in it's hard to view other locations but you can do so by temporarily changing your city in the profile at your avatar to the city you want to see. It will say it didn't work but it did. There is a premium paid membership that allows you to save more ads, etc but few pay for it.
