BiBottomBoy
According to Pokemon Go I walk roughly 5.4 km a day. Is that a little? Is that a lot? How much do you guys walk a day? AdamSmith
AdamSmith
3-5 miles. Heart health! Also, finally at last, some decent posture from core strength. And -- best of all -- OUTDOORS! Every kind of physical mental psychological advantage over indoor gym stuff. Which I would sign on for, then never go to.

I walk that much too, but I have a lot of walking as part of my daily commute.
BiBottomBoy
I live in a city and don't own a car so it's just natural for me to walk that much. Tartegogo
Members jbsjbs991614502761
I try to get 10,000 steps a day, which is roughly five miles a day, and is hard to do in suburbia. I remember taking a cruise and easily getting 15,000 - 20,000 steps a day just getting from one part of the ship to another.
Members FluffPersian
8000 to 10000 onmost days. Sometimes up to 15-20K if I’m walking around a lot or feeling energetic. AdamSmith
Members boiworship
Love to get 10,000 steps in. I also run a few times a week and try for a 5k or more once a month, where I generally finish in th ectopic fifth. Hike, road and mountain bike, and do x-fit. Lifting is actually superior to running, but combined is even better. Keep up the activities, gentlemen! Your providers will also appreciate it. Members FFshawDC
I was doing 10K steps a day for many months.... it really does make you feel better. I've fallen off lately, but I've been lifting. Time to get back to the steps, though.

You do not need to download any other apps. SoCal and lookin 1

Members kippy
My aim is 10,000 steps a day as well. Often more between 6,000-7,000. I'm amazed at much territory I cover just doing yard work! Kipp AdamSmith

I don't too much like that way of 'setting goals.' Instead I just start out each afternoon, see how the body feels, then push it to do a little more each day. Holistic (essentially Eastern) rather than Western quantified.
