I've been having hallucinations for a week. They had started giving me this med. The doctor was just here; he comes @once a month. He only stayed a couple of minutes. He said that med could not cause it. He's going to send a psychiatrist in a few days to see me.

Hallucinations sound quite worrying. Is there no other medication that you are taking?

There is an adorable young Latino (19yo) here who works in the activities room. Tall, slim, outgoing, friendly. The other day a fellow resident (female) asked him if had a girlfriend. He said "no". She then asked him if he had a boyfriend. Again "no" but no change in his voice tone nor attitude.  This afternoon I didn't participate in the activities; but he brought popcorn to my room.

I take @a dozen different meds; some different from the ones I took at home. Rather than a med some think the hallucinations may be caused by high blood pressure or low blood sugar.

If you have diabetes, and your medications aren't right, that can be a real problem.
