Any recommendations for guest friendly hotels in Cartagena? -Hotel Blue Concept Cartagena is the only one I am aware of. speedoo1 Posted February 26, 2021 Share Posted February 26, 2021 I have stayed at the Hampton, also in Bocagrande (quite close to the hotel you mention but I'm not familiar with that hotel). No issue to bring a quest to your room because you do not pass the lobby/front desk area on the top floor when going to your room; once you have a key card you can take the lift from ground level directly to your room floor.
