According to this decision, the Phnom Penh Capital Administration has confirmed that the owner of the location or the owner of the karaoke bar and discotheque business need to assign the staff in front of the entrance and exit to inspect the vaccination card in accordance with the instructions of the Phnom Penh Capital Administration.
