Leyte, Cebu, Palawan, Bohol, etc. - are any of these or other places better or worse, in terms of finding young sexy english speaking men? Or do all places present the same opportunities? You don't have to worry to much about men in the Philippines. Some estimates claim that 92% are circumcised. You also shouldn't worry about finding "smooth" guys.
