I actually did go to some websites to look for free avatars and none of them tickle my fancy and/or other parts. And I have no idea where I found the Hanuman photo that I've used for years elsewhere. Otherwise, just click on your name next to where it says "Sign Out," then click "My Settings," then click the button that says "change your photo" and a dialog will pop up that allows you to upload your art.
