I agree , boys are very discrete even or rather particularly in respect of customers they know are known to us. I can recall only one exception and even that it was not revealing anything sensitive. I never had a case of boy showing me somebody's picture other than their friends or family members but know a case from few years ago (BBB Inn was still operating) when guy I recommended to our member showed him for some reason non-compromising pics of his client and that upset him to a point he called meeting over and reported it to me

it's just an impression to calm our nerves. Extra covid precaution is to minimize contact with breathing and coughing people. This is best done by staying at home, shopping early and taking strolls late in the evening when nobody's there. Travel with is crowded planes and airport is risk taking, I haste to say riski many of us gladly take even is using that extra space excuses

I think Sky above may be right , people want more space because of Covid. Whether Business or premium seating make that much difference I very much doubt but that's me. I know what you mean, I was the same , circling around the block before decided to enter bar, sweating on approach to Senso or Arena but with with patient practicing I built mind frame that world inside of bar is different and I can be more brave while indoors there. I like my tuck and to this day I don't grasp idea of those money garlands some patrons are giving to boys - what's the purpose ? to elevate boy's standing ? or patron's ? I rather tuck that 1000 bill inside but I will not. 100 is ok but for more I should get more that just distant visual pleasure but that's just me. I like to observe reaction of boys tipped, some get a message that I may be interested and smile and approach afterwards, other collect money but still avoid eyesight and that's the message that my love is one sided.

on my first trip in 2001 I did not know difference between short and long time, read somewhere that tip ( for long time ) of 2000 is generous. So when offed guy from bar to short time room in Suriwong hotel and gave him 2000 because I wanted to be generous , I remember his squeek of joy to this day, day or two later my eyes were opened when boy from BoysBangkok quoted me 1000. Not that I was very active on apps last trip but I can second your findings, out of 2 guys who actually found me on the apps one quoted 1300 another 1500 and one who happened to be my neighbor in hotel also wanted 1500 for not so short time from 3 am till morning. 2000 from bars seems to be what they quoted although some brave ones go to 2500 , whether they are keen on reducing , I did not test but I'm sure most of them will gladly. Discretion in negotiation may be in order as in some bars it seems buys are asked to hold the line so they may say no and then whisper 'ok, ok" Disturbing trend I noticed is the better looking guys want up to 5000 for long time so prospective buyers better be mentally prepared to counteroffer and stand your ground. It's exactly why I prefer to fix financial issues before taking off from bar. Doesn't guarantee performance but at least joy killing haggling is avoided. 3000 for short time seems very generous unless guy is built like Adonis and performs very enthusiastically in the room. Clearly guys are trying to make up for the lost time
