  1. did you succumb to their charms ?
  2. no pressure, thank you for the report though. I must slowly start to think about packing
  3. if it's any consolation , based on my work experience you will be transformed from forgotten to dear brother in matter of minutes , as soon as you close your eyes for eternity
  4. you got it right. We shouldn't lose from eyesight fact that all freedoms we enjoy now one day may be taken away , swept by bigoted wave. Impossible one may say, but then look at what happened with abortion rights in the USA not to mention almost complete silencing gays in Russia. While we enjoy what we have we should be vigilant
  5. and ?
  6. In the link above you will find link to QC code https://lin.ee/0bEVlWQ and you can join them on Line using that. I just did yesterday. So far they did not send me anything other than introductory welcome message. before closure they specialized in hunky masseurs, it's why I'm one of those looking for the to re-open hoping they will stay that course. It was one of shops on more expensive side, 1000 massage 1500 min. tip. as for experiences , like most shops it varied depending to whom you talk but I was lucky one and invariably was leaving premises very happy every time. M, Jack, Tim, Tik and few more were outstanding. On personal level Senso along with Arena were only two gay places where I had goosebumps on approach, don't ask me why. Even in May when I know surely shop is still closed when passing by to my hotel I noticed increased heart beat. It must be underground river or something , lol.
  7. all true but we need to remember while being in company of somebody much younger that while we don't give a damn about what people think and say or how they look at us , out companions may not feel that comfortable. So when, admittedly very rarely ( I may recall 4-5 cases in 22 trips) , they seem apprehensive to walk or dine together I tend to yield. After all they are locals and will stay there when we will be gone
  8. I did not know people live that long ! On serious note , 67 is not old, it's when life begins as long as health serves us well. Most duties and chores are gone and done , we may have some usable resources and pension is deposited regularly, it's time to enjoy what we have left. And yes, to plan that next Thai trip
  9. he did his duty and decided to have some well deserved fun. I doubt his late wife minds
  10. I also know twins, both gays. Interestingly perhaps for a while neither one realized that other was gay too, at least that's what they told me. Fairly early though they decided to come out to their parents and did it at the same time only to learn from them : " we know"
  11. before, during or after massage ?
  12. you won't be disappointed at Sabaidee. Keep in mind than many guys there may not be available if you just show up on given day. From what I was told guys there are free to come and go without fixed schedule. On another hand they may be few interesting whose pics are not posted for some reason. For hunks it's now most interesting option but that may possibly change if Senso and Prince re-opens. On another hand VCK Club in Aree area is still alive and kicking although with reputation of being more place for Asians K-Man's accolades are well deserved but guys there are less hunky, more next door types , no shortage of handsome and sizable though. In general, while a lot of places closed still there's enough of them to keep one busy and his funds depleted for quite long vacations so availability of handsome and willing masseurs is least of any tourist concerns.
  13. I wonder to whom it makes that sense, for autocrats for sure
  14. where's my gun ?
  15. I wonder who nobody mentions Aeroflot. Busty stewardesses and bulgy stewards serving attentively fabulous meals with the smile. Too bad we need to avoid them because of war
  16. I wonder if there's somebody on the ground who can check that re-opening materialized yesterday ?
  17. index is more about every day living criteria than vacation or weekend type fireworks, it's why most of cities listed are on the boring side and of modest size. It's little consolation having British Museum in the doorsteps for somebody who commutes 1.5 hrs one way to work or school every day Harare has the best weather of those listed, raise your hand who wants to move there
  18. relax , is not that bad. Good cure helping us to return to reality is to meet somebody from those ''good old days'. When we see that person is no longer attractive and funny as we recall then it may down on us that those gone days weren't that fabulous and time helps us to tint the past with a bit of rose color. Don't forget that 20 years ago we were looking at the world with different eyes and mind frame than now. Old problems look trivial and no we are dealing with new ones we did not even expect they emerge. Best cure for nostalgia is to start planning and thinking about next trip. To stop in BKK or go straight to Pattaya? Where to stay, city or Jomtien and so on . Soon Dolly sisters will be forgotten because of real issue at hand: how to get stack of 20 baht notes for your first foray to Nice Boys
  19. residents rather then tourists I'd say
  20. you overestimate Orange Overlord
  21. poor people don't spend holidays in Thailand , even those from nearby countries
  22. Only 12? lucky you
  23. Many of us here like that Fodland Patpong restaurant too
  24. My observations from May trip are the same, it looks that , at least for currencies outside of great duo USD / EUR, booth by the railway station at Swampy weren't that competitive. Now I,m fan and big user of XONE on Suriwong close to Amara hotel.
  25. Risky as your guy could be even more embarrassed by clearly labeling him moneyboy
