Sudden unwanted close down with Firefox
vinapu replied to ceejay's topic in Comments and Suggestions
It happened to me few rimes in the past in various browsers so now I learned my lesson and when have longer post to write I do it in Word and then copy and paste, frustration is over. -
no idea if that's correct, others may confirm but they don't call me ' papa' or 'grandpa' for nothing (I'm not that old but have grey hair ) and i did not catch that' na ' in sentences either
-
no , I did not know anybody when I posted for a first time. My first post was actually trip report, I was bit afraid that my credibility as a complete newbie will be questioned and resolved thet if that will be a case my first post will be also the last one. But no, I was welcomed and encouraged to continue. Yes , so far I was privileged to meet 14 our members , most of them more than once, always fun. It's why I can certify everywhere that DivineMadman is not a lesbian !
-
I'm glad saga continues.
-
No , you are not lesbian, Lebanese , may be, but lesbian ? No Unless guy who introduced himself as you when Paulsf , anddy and me meet with him in Maxi's in October was not you but that lesbian's brother
-
sooner the better, thank you for allowing us to travel with you
-
so which one of you were that millionaire donor and which one was that fuck hungry go-go boy ? Well since I know williewillie personally I'm pretty sure he was not that boy

vacation first, report second, this we understand

It's my self -imposed community service. I know from few posters that they did report only because somebody showed an interest in their adventures and from other few who stopped their reports mid-way because they thought nobody cares, no comments , no 'likes' etc. On subject of windfalls I have some first hand experience , unfortunately not my own , and not Thailand related but may explain my earlier comments commented uncharitably as gospel somewhere above. In course of job I had an opportunity to meet and deal with three ' lucky ' individuals. All back in last few years of XX century , all educated ( I know difference between wise and educated, wisest person I ever met was not educated ) and all in 25-30 age period. All windfalls were in excess 1 000 000 $ One got unexpected inheritance ( both parents died in short order) , other two (actually three as it was a couple ) won lottery. Out of three cases only couple's ended well as far as I know. Other two were somewhat tragic. Beneficiary quit her job in nursing and squandered her wealth very fast to a point of having brush with the law - got caught stealing in supermarket. This sobered her up but money was gone for good , at least she could return to her profession. Other lucky winner decided that is both rich and smart and was enticed by greedy advisers to invest almost all in very promising venture which spectacularly collapsed leaving nothing. In person's own words 'winning that lottery was worst thing which happened in my life"

Paborn, I wonder how your trip to Thailand is going, you felt silent so must be busy guyhunting with side trips to tailor in between

Would 123456.78 $ made a difference in what we had to say? what misfortune ? Did we hear that generous farang was complaining? Or a boy ? Only unfortunates in the story are us who don't have half million USD to spare, not to mention to lavish on our favorite boy or in my case , favorite 20 boys
-
you must be my long lost twin brother
-
Perhaps just because he likes to get fucked for money whether he needs it or not (money , not fuck ). As usual when somebody else's money is discussed some heat here is generated. Generous farang could do much more good by spreading his generosity much thinner but substantially wider. Lavishing 25000 $ on 20 boys could improve lives of most of them. Spending half million on one young boy in just few years quite possibly did not help him but ruined his life in long run . There's this saying attributed to Warren Buffet 'one should leave for his children enough so they can do whatever they want but not as much so they can do nothing". In my book generous farang is not , mildly speaking one of THREE WISE MEN , not because he spent so much on a boy but because he spent so much on ONE boy

Trip report Christmas in Bangkok and New Year in Pattaya
vinapu replied to spoon's topic in Gay Thailand
very smart move, . often when visiting bars or massages we think too long ponder our choices and somebody more decisive comes and snatches guy we were salivating about . I guess most of us were in such situation and unfortunately to some I tend to be such fast acting guy because lessons learned in the past. I'm glad you liked guy I like as well according to your narrative- 163 replies

I'm surprised they did't mention Foodland, Patpong , specially before 9 when breakfast is at discount. Before anybody jumps , I'm not saying their coffee is one of best but heading is "best places for coffee"
-
both are sure sign of emotional comfort. You found your gem in Van , that's for sure
-
that is my problem as well but I need to say that over years I utilized my time in Thailand to do some dental and optical works and I'm happy with those jobs
-
what do you mean? Nice Boys is next door , not ZOO ? LOL I fully agree with you and reader, looking back to my poor encounters with guys, that if he starts taking charge in the bar, in the room it will be only worse . As for flu shot , taking it right after arriving in BKK may be too late as it takes 2-3 weeks for immunity to develop

I guess at one point of another it was a case with most of us. I still have 2 places I have the same feeling and do the same , reason unknown but I kind of like that tingling

that guy seems to be a gem and a keeper quite possible you helped him, when they saw him sitting with you and than being released to a stage it was smart moment to try to call him down and it worked for that client and a boy. Common mistake and disservice to guys client makes is to keeping them sitting with too long without informing that no off on the table tonight. I meantime other are watching from behind and salivating when beauty will be released or taken off . If boy is tipped properly , no harm done but few times I heard complains that guy was tied and tip was meager . In one case it was me, that salivating customer. Guy was sitting and drinking with the lady, I assumed she will take him and went to look for luck somewhere else to learn next day from him that he was not offed and tipped just 100 Baht for his trouble -1900 loss in comparison to what I'd give him- 163 replies

if wash financially , still if possible from workwise point of view I rather had those 6 weeks in Thailand than at home
-
quite possible he did not have courage either, sometimes pays to be brave. In Dec 2016 in Siem Reap I had tuk-tuk driver , very sexy with his knees poking out of his tatty jeans. I assumed it just a fashion but when I witnessed him meeting by chance another farang, much younger then me mind you , way they embraced and touched each other during brief conversation made me thinking I wasted great opportunity. Opposite to situation I had in travel office in HoiAn, Vietnam hiring car to go to MyLai. Without blinking eye guy behind the counter told me "when you return I will come to your hotel "

we are waiting patiently

I was thinking other way around, request may actually go up in numbers phones becoming more frugal friendly

I think we can comment on everything posters see fit to post including idiocy of eating breakfast in Foodland for 65 baht every day before 9 in order to save 16 baht over regular price of 81 and spending 450 for beer in the bar when the same bottle can be had at 7/11 for 46
