not sure your question was addressed to me or general audience but since it was under quoting from me I can speak for myself. I'm aiming at paying the same rate since premium bar does not equal premium off. I my case from the bars quoted my experience with Tawan boys was big time premium with only few exceptions, from Dreamboys mixed, one of my best was from there but also one definitely the worst from there as well. Jupiter very disappointing but a bit of sun shone on last trip when I offed from there again and decided to give them another chance in future. Boys from premium bars my be expecting and quoting higher tips but they are opened to bargaining and few went very fast from 5000 to 3000 which is what I'd pay . It is why I like to set financial details while still in the bar but have few cases when boys wanted more than agreed at end of appointment i.e 3500 or 4000 instead of agreed 3000 for long time . Others may have different experience though
