  1. @emiel1981 Thanks for this trip report - I was anxious to get your opinion about Da Nang - as I will go to live there next year for about 5 months. I am happy that you liked the company of my local tour guide = Lê anh. He is a GREAT guy and is so very informative. Unfortunately, I would need to disagree with that there is "no hanky panky going on...", as I reported in my April 2024 Da Nang report there were plenty of masseurs to have hanky pank with.... Perhaps Lê anh is too conservative or "innocent" to not know about the hidden orgasmic secrets of Da Nang - but he is VERY knowledgeable about all other matters. 🥰
  2. In addition to what @reader posted above about Cambodia and The Philippines - we can add Malaysia to this growing list. Aaron from Offshore in Asia just posted a significant update to the Malaysian tax scheme - in that Malaysia will extend the tax exemption on foreign sourced income until year 2036 - another 12 years. This is completely OPPOSITE to what the current Thai government just did effective 01-Jan-2024. So, it sounds that Thailand's neighboring countries want to take advantage of Thailand's negative tax treatment to its existing expat retiree population. Maybe the current Thai government may wake up ? The silence is deafening.

Please give A a kiss 😋 from me 🥰 what a wonderful memory 🍌🍆💦 thanks to you..... There is a BIG deluge happening here in Pattaya. Please PRAY that it won't repeat tomorrow night to ruin the BIG event of Loy Krathong on Jomtien beach. My ex-Boss is here from Italy and he is a Loy Krathong virgin and I cannot wait to see the happiness on his face from all of this beauty from this wonderful Thai holiday and cultural experience. I guess over there in Bangkok - you do it on the chao praya ??

I am happy to learn that our Emiel was able to meet our 2 VERY notable forum members. Bravi!!! @emiel1981 welcome to the club!! 😘
  5. Things are definitely heating up in the foreigners giving Thai tax advice space. I already advised the person at PCEC (Pattaya City Expat Club) who organizes the weekly guest speaker space about the below YouTube video that was released today because they were specifically named in said video. Once the below Thai article was published back in September - all hell has been let loose. https://pantip.com/topic/42949323 Consequently, the void (silence) left by the Thai government about this issue is unfortunately being filled by various people with vested interests to perhaps gain something from the expats that they have frightened in Thailand.
  6. I know. This forum tends to be "I am on holiday in Thailand" centric So, someone needs to speak up for us expat retirees who are also members of this forum about the implications of something that a tourist may take for granted and not realize the potential impact to a retiree who lives her in Thailand.
  7. Hmmm if you are a retiree who lives here in LOS Thailand those physical stamped in ink pages in your passport are critical at immigration when they want to access: How many days were you physically in Thailand? If it was more than 90 days, did you do your 90 day report with immigration? If not = pay penalty and/or fines
  8. And if there was an Olympics prize for offing the most gogo boys, I would put my money on KFC 🤪😜
  9. Hello @emiel1981 Rumor has it that my Boot Camp teacher (KFC) is in town 😍 Please tell us about your adventures in Da Nang. Did you like it ?
  10. I agree 200% with you @floridarob. 98% of my meetings with the guys are in my room: - don't need to worry about the massage shop bed and who was in it before me and if they left any skanky things like bugs or lice on that massage bed, - don't need to worry about the status of the always wet massage shop shower and what might be lurking in that mold. Also, I don't need to worry about what is happening to my valuables while I am taking a shower, - ambiance , I can control the climate, temperature, music, lighting, pre-massage warmup beveracge + chit chat, post massage cool down time + beverage + snack + small talk. So, the "home court advantage" has so many benefits. 👍🤩
  11. @BR_aus please give us a full trip report. Unfortunately, this forum tends to ONLY report on the same places over and over. So, it would be a nice breath of fresh air to hear about something = NEW, different, and unique.
  12. This is SO true for many religions - there seems to be a correlation with the more strict the religion/culture is --> the more crazy and horny they tend to be in the bedroom.
  13. I have also noticed an increase of our guys that we seek via the apps are now offering not only companionship in the bed, but also items for sale to stock up our bathroom medicine cabinets (poppers, PDE5 inhibitors like sidegra + cialis, and other paraphernalia). Within the Hornet app they even may have one of their profile photos or feed photos). Very entrepreneurial of them. 🤑
  14. I also heard somewhere that prostitution (MB) is illegal in Thailand 🤔😜🤪

Since I order in my massages - then oil is a big no-no for my bed mattress. So I stocked up on many types of massage creams - but sometimes the guys complain because that it means that they need to work harder. A friend of mine is now the new manager of one of the Jomtien Complex massage shops and she knows that I like to order in my massages and she promised to order for me a special bed covering that you can put to protect your mattress to allow for good oil massages.
  16. Compliments to the TNT (Tim Newton Today) YouTube channel, as they posted yesterday a NEW (in English) .pdf document published by the official Thai Revenue Department about the new tax situation effective 01-Jan-2024. I found it VERY helpful and it is about time that the Revenue Department start to publish information in English to help calm down the hornet's nest that has developed by their silence with the void being filled by foreign "tax specialists"; expat clubs, gossips, YouTube feeds, etcetra. https://www.rd.go.th/fileadmin/user_upload/lorkhor/newspr/2024/FOREIGNERS_PAY_TAX2024.pdf

After watching that short introduction video - I say well worth the trip out there to Phoenix 🤪 hmmm, inquiring minds want to know which guy was the lucky one to receive a massage from you @reader 😘

And this is VERY relevant, because at the end of December 2023 into 17 days into January 2024 I was visiting this part of Thailand and when planning my trip with my 2 tour guides that I found via Twitter (1 Muslim {gay} and 1 Buddhist {bi-sex}), I was able to communicate to them my desire to NOT visit or venture into the 3 dangerous southern provinces (Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat) that were/are experiencing an insurgency. In fact, my Muslim tour guide was from Yala and he completely understood that he could not take me into the Yala province even before I asked him. https://th.usembassy.gov/security-message-for-u-s-citizens-security-in-the-deep-south-of-thailand/
  20. Please see the below gayguides forum post where I discuss how to join these Thai massage review forums:

I agree - I think that the author of that Pattaya Mail article, Barry Kenyon got it wrong. Since the election - as shown below - the US Dollar became stronger when compared to the Thai Baht. Moving from 33.50 prior to the election to a high of 34.23 after the election - in my mind implies that the Thai baht weakened against the US dollar.
  22. @Olddaddy I agree. The excitement of the chase is sometimes more fun than the realization of the time in bed. And if you are VERY lucky the chase + time-in-bed = optimal satisfaction. Also, if you live here - it can get boring very quickly to always return to the same places to see and hear the laments of the same people 🤮 Especially when you know that they are lying to your face trying to convince you that their situation is desperate ( they forget that they already told you a different story last week that this time is a unique and different desperation story last week ). 🤥🤥🤥 They just love Pinocchio in Thailand.
  23. bkkmfj2648 replied to Olddaddy's topic in Gay Pattaya
@Olddaddy do you remember if the name of this place was: Club Lounge ? If yes, it was a pretty wild place that I explored for the first time with @emiel1981 when he was here visiting last month. or perhaps it was the Bar & Song place, which I have not yet ventured into. Map is displayed below for ease of reference:
  24. Let us hope and pray that the same demise that hit Sunee Plaza does not also hit BoyzTown after the unappealing marketing change that was made to BoyzBoyzBoyz (BBB). BBB being the primary anchor of BoyzTown would greatly impact its future outcome.
