  1. Hi firecat, the question asked by Christian was to paulsf, not you, why you care so much? It is up to paulsf to answer or not. It doesn't matter if it is high or low as Christian will consider by himself anyway, no matter what his spending preference is. Take it easy .

It's a forum. If someone wants to ask a single person a question he can send a PM. If it's in the thread anyone is likely to answer. I'm really unsure what is supposed to have been offensive in Firecat's post. Blunt... Maybe... Offensive... Hardly.
  2. Silom walking street:

You are right in suspecting this is only weekends. In fact only on (some) Sundays in the cool season, from December to about February/March. It was on in January, then off so I thought it's over early this year, but then came back that Sunday you were there.

Was on both weekends last Feb when I was in Bkk and on again in October when I was there.
  3. Well. I have hired one of the tour guides from one of the sites on my first visit to Bangkok. He was an exceptional tour guide, translator and organiser. He was not using it as a cover for plying prostitution. He spent long hours during the day showing me many of the tour sites and providing an excellent history. In the evening he took me to the shows and it was great to be able to watch without being pestered by anyone. He spent lots of time trying to find what I was interested in and pointing out boys that might suit me. At no point did he try to sell himself. I think you do boys a disservice with your rude and disrespectful assumptions Michael.

  4. I wonder if the massage venues in Bangkok offer proper manhood massage. Usually, I read about the massage boys offering great massages and/or great afters. But I never really see any posts of Thai masseurs offering manhood massage, with the exception of Dr Bear massage ... I think.

Anyone know about such places that offer this?

I've never had proper lingam massage in Bangkok though there is one guy in Blue House Pattaya that had me squirming he was so good at it.
  5. English is not my first language so would somebody care to enlighten me what is actually disparaging in term 'fairy" warranting such heated response.

We don't have members calling others ' Moron' with capital M every day , I'd say not even every month.

Fairy is a derogatory term for a gay male, usually one who exhibits effeminate mannerisms. Popular a century ago.

“Oh fairies gay! How beautiful are they… We fairies gay, to thee awake our lay… A fairy gay, as beautiful as day… Oh fairy gay! No words could e’er convey…” William Fosdick

  6. When I saw "Beware" I thought there were boys murdering or stealing or something rather than doing something that pretty much every advert for anything you can think of does. I dislike it much more when restaurants have a great vibrant picture of a juicy burger on a freshly made roll filled with fresh tomato, lettuce, onions, etc and you get a scorched burger in a cheap shop bought roll with a limp bit of lettuce brown around the edges.

I pretty much expect the photos of the boys to be touched up. If it isn't the same person in the photo then I'd be much more likely to send them away.

  7. It's about renting their company by the hour or day. We're picking the cutest among them to spend sexy time with guys up to 3 or 4 times their age and weight. Of course they don't think we are beautiful, we obviously don't find guys our age beautiful or we'd be jumping each other's bones instead of theirs. I'm fairly amazed so many get so wound up about what these guys say. Get over it and, if they can fake they are enjoying it when they are having sex with you, forgive that they can't always keep the mask up when talking with others.

  8. There are few places that don't have the potential to be a target so worrying about one place over another serves no purpose for me. In so many places there are enough home grown terrorists that worrying about travelling ISIS members seems a bit redundant.

Such a shame so many people tar an entire religion for the actions of a few.

  9. Enthusiast, I have read my post several times and no where did I mention that I hate Thailand. How you got all of that from sharing a photo is beyond me. But as I have written before about comments posted on this board, one starts out with a particular topic and the comments will be about any and everything non-related to the original post. I must admit though, all of this makes for amusing reading.

I didn't say that you said you hated it, however the tone of so many of your posts is so negative and your continual highlighting of what you perceive to be the worst side of Thailand means I am left with the impression that you hate the place.
  10. Yes indeed: An opportunity to get as much money out of you as possible while you are there and by doing as little as possible to get it. WELCOME!

If you hate it so much, there are other places to go. Personally I find Thailand a bargain. Cheap hotels, cheap travel, cheap drink, cheap food, cheap sex. Do the locals want to make as much money from you as possible? Of course. It's all part of the fun.
