Ok, let me illustrate this with an example. My regular hotel in Pattaya has been the same for almost 10 years - the Queen Victoria on Soi 6. So 6 is about thrice the length of Boyztown and has almost 60 girl (& ladyboy) bars along its length. Customers dont just go there for sex, they go there to party and have a good time. Just imagine something like that in Sunee Plaza! Sunee Plaza would be perfect for that sort of event. Even in low season some of the girl bars and agogos are still heaving with staff and customers. If we are a dying breed in Pattaya its only because we seem content to let it become so IMHO.
