  1. Not too difficult but their website omits to mention it's on the second floor. They were responsive when I used WhatsApp to check where it was when I arrived at the address.
  2. The one I had was very fit. I didn't see the others but given the place is fairly new in guessing the photos are accurate. I'm heading back to Bangkok on my way home soon and rather think I will go back.
  3. So, strictly in the interests of research, I tried out History. It was a few minutes walk from my hotel and i liked the look of about 80% of the masseurs on the site. It's a smart place indeed with large rooms with en-suite showers but curiously no toilets. These are located outside in the complex so a mid-massage pee, should it be necessary, would have to be in the shower. The tables are large with head holes and are very comfortable. It has a premium feel and comes with a very premium price. I would expect, therefore, the masseurs to be highly trained. I found out afterwards that mine joined three weeks ago and had a week's training in the shop itself, plus give a massage to an assessor. This is a new career which I need to look into. If I had known this beforehand, I might well have given the place a pass however then I would have missed what proved to be a really good session. It was more on the sensual than therapeutic side but decent nonetheless and without doubt one of the best I've had anywhere. There was a real flow to it and he kept me on the edge almost throughout. Too often massages are clumsy and disjointed but definitely not here. So full marks for that. Towards the end, he asked if I wanted extra. I always find these conversations somewhat awkward but I'm not sure there's an alternative. To agree everything upfront takes out all the spontaneity. His initial idea seemed to be a hand job only for which he wanted 1000bt. For a bit more, he agreed to strip and offer more. He had worked me up sufficiently that I was in the mood for the execution rather than the negotiation stage. My gut feeling was that he's straight so I'm not sure whether he would go all the way but I wasn't really wanting that on this occasion. So I spent a small fortune but I came away feeling it was worth it for 90 minutes of sheer enjoyment.
  4. That would pretty much block all sunlight. Very sad
  5. Is Baan Souy, between Pattaya and Jomtien, still an option? That has an excellent pool area.
  6. I'm not aware of others but this is the one' 325, 18 Pattaya 13/4 Alley
  7. Ok! He was K/Kay.
  8. I'm writing this in the afterglow of a 90 minute oil massage at The Paradise Spa in Pattaya. This place goes to number 1 in my rankings, a much needed boost after a couple of disappointing experiences over the last couple of days of which I will share in another post. Not at all cheap, you get what you pay for imho. The facilities are top notch, the best I've encountered in Pattaya.. The rooms are clean with en suite shower (but not a toilet), mirror, stool etc and massage bed. Not the sort with the head hole which I prefer, but comfortable enough with the provided cushion and wide. And the masseur was accomplished and delivered an excellent massage, therapeutic, sensual and erotic in turn keeping me on the edge for almost the entire time. I would almost be afraid of returning again in case it didn't live up the today's experience! Highly recommended
  9. Schoolboy error, I didn't write it down immediately afterwards in my notes. It'll come to me eventually. All I can tell you at the moment is that he is from Lao and his sister works there too.
  10. As you head towards Terminal 21, about 150m before you reach it, you'll see a shop called Lanna massage on the right hand side. But there's another shop round the side of the next road down on the same side of the road. They might be related from memory but that's the one I and endlessdream went to
  11. Following Endlessdream's highlighting of this shop, I decided to pay a visit myself. I'm impressed. The facilities are really good. At the time I went (around 6pm) there were four male and eight lady masseurs on duty. I didn't particularly want to choose at this sort of place, so I was pleased to be allocated a really cute guy. I was asked to put on a pair of those tiny disposable pants that really don't have any room for men's appendages, and was thinking this might be too formal a massage shop for anything interesting to happen. But I was pleasantly surprised. If anything, the tiny pants made the whole experience a lot more tantalising. From a massage perspective, it was good, and I got the full time I had paid for. And alongside the therapeutic element my guy made the whole thing highly erotic, allowing mutual touch throughout and building things to a very exciting climax with prostate massage on the way. Highly recommended if, ike me you like a decent massage as part and parcel of the experience.
  12. Apparently so
  13. Thanks!
  14. I think I've found the guy I want to book at Apollo, on today's Line feed. Anyone know his name?
  15. I think we have similar tastes then. I'm in Bangkok next month and it's on my list now.
  16. I'm heading to Pattaya next week and I'll be happy to add reviews of massage places I visit.
  17. What's the story with Baan Souy these days? I read it was up for sale but haven't seen anything since. It was always my preferred option as I liked the facilities there.
  18. I'm thinking of a trip towards the end of March for a few weeks. What happens if you do end up testing positive? Are you taken to hospital? And are the tests performed by a medical person or are they self administered?
  19. I had the first Oxford vaccine jab last week. Felt slightly unwell the following night, but nothing serious, and all cleared up by the following morning.
  20. I have almost reached the point of feeling the same, however the words "the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" haunt me.
  21. Ha, snap!
  22. And very interesting it was too. Some new ideas for my next trip whenever that may be...
  23. Another concern is the fact that insurance companies have declared Covid-19 as a declared event making it impossible to claim in the event of illness or detainment whilst on holiday. I'm certainly hoping to get a visit in before the end of the year but unless the virus really peters out, I'm doubtful too.

I am fairly sure you can pay a day rate for Baan Souy if you don't mind a trip half way between Pattaya and Jontien.
  25. So true. My experience also!
