  1. Alex is great This!!!
  2. This thread inspired me to book some nights at Quarter Saladaeng for my upcoming trip. I haven't stayed here before and it's a little further away than I usually stay, but it's not that far and I like trying out different areas (and I got it for a decent rate too). One of my favourite Thai restaurants, Northeast, is also just up the road.
  3. Story of my life! Happens to me too quite often and usually fucks me up for the rest of the day..
  4. I think I notice that sexuality can a bit more fluid over there and there isn't so much hang-ups regarding gay and straight as there is in western countries. Or something like that anyway.

    Silom 4

Just under 3 months for me, but who's counting.. 😅
  6. Thank you for reporting! Reading your activities makes me feel excited for my upcoming trip (only 94 days to go!)

    Big big C

    omg same! 555 😂
  8. Others have given some great advice, but I can share your sentiment completely, and usually avoid booking hotels on that side of Surawong Road (although my last trip I stayed at Le Meridien and will be staying at the Raya in my upcoming trip.. I'm just going to have to 'suck it up' as they say..)
  9. Same same hehe. I try to make an effort to visit different countries but I always find myself wanting to return to Thailand.. it's addictive!
  10. I've had no issue bringing guests back to my room when I stayed at Ibis Styles. Just walk with your gentleman of the evening through the entrance, past the reception desks and straight to the lifts.
  11. Rich daddy 🤑🤑🤑
  12. Thanks for reporting - always love hearing about your adventures!
  13. I agree with you, but can understand if it was a 'once off' customer, but because Jason is quite a regular customer and known to the bar, it is a little disrespectful, no?
  14. Or make you die.
  15. I visited A-Bomb in January of this year as I was staying at the hotel directly above. On the night I went, it was very low on customer numbers (perhaps 3 or 4), and very low on boy numbers (I think only 1 or 2). The show still went on but I think it was outsourced as these boys left straight after the show. I only went that one time so I cannot comment on whether it would be busier on other nights or not.
  16. I noticed this too! Great to have many new gay venues popping up
  17. Thanks for confirming! I think I might try out 1/0 on my next trip, but I don't think I would be game to stay at a hostel lol, maybe one day just for fun
  18. Just had a look at some google reviews - Togayther Hostel Black is the one you would have seen sign-posted, and the original Togayther Hostel is a few blocks away.
  19. I stand corrected then. I got my information from google maps where 1/0 Sauna is in the soi directly across from Le Meridien, and Togayther Hostel in the soi that also houses Wall Street Inn. I also found out that the top floor(s) of 1/0 Sauna is called Togayther Hostel Black.
  20. A question for you to ponder - if you were to retire in Australia instead, how would you spend your days?
  21. I didn't really know about Derby King until I think someone mentioned it a while ago on the forum. Must have walked past it many times in the past without realising!
  22. As far as I can tell, the sauna and hostel aren't next to each other, but a short 4 minute walk. I do also believe that the sauna has opened up some accomodation on the upper floors, if I recall correctly. Hostels and saunas aren't really my thing either, but it sounds kinda fun. Maybe one day.
  23. So convenient when you are only 2.5 hour flight from BKK!
