When I arrived a few days ago mid-morning, it wasn’t super busy but there were also not that many counters open so it took probably around 30 minutes to get through and my suitcase was already taken off the belt by the time I got there. I was also asked for proof of my hotel booking (which I easily showed on my phone) as well as how many days I was staying. Dunno how often these questions are asked but helps to be prepared.

I’ve stayed here once before. It’s quite a nice resort where nudity is allowed around the pool area, however I did not partake as I am much too shy!

Alternatively, you can book airport transfers on trip.com or if you join any Cambodia/Siem Reap travel groups on Facebook you will get many drivers offering their services if you post (or even look at other people’s posts for recommendations). 3. Just be mindful that your USD needs to be pristine and it may be difficult to receive change with larger denominations at smaller establishments. 4. Haven’t been to the new airport at Siem Reap yet but I would say with confidence that there would be numerous stalls selling sims.

I think eventually probably. Singapore and maybe Hong Kong (?) can already use automatic entry gates on arrival as far as I know?

I had not heard of this hotel so had to look it up on google maps and it only opened quite recently and is well-located. Looks kinda nice!

The yellow one (either Kasikorn or Krungsri, I can't remember) allows 30,000 THB to be withdrawn, however a maximum of 30 notes.

Kman has 'VIP' rooms which are bigger and have a small shower in the room, but it costs a little extra.
