I had the chance to do the same as you and visit tawan and atlas recently and arrived to the same conclusion. Ive visited atlas once before and thought they need to get more boys in their line up, and they do deliver this time. Granted i visited atlas on a saturday night, and tawan on a sunday night, so might not be an apple to apple comparison, but atlas has better line up of boys, both the body builder and the regular/twinkier guys. I even had an eye on one of the regular guy who is really handsome, but unfortunately he was already with a customer when i enter the bar. I waited for a while, until that customer offed him before moving on to a diff bar. I didnt find any candidate in tawan on sunday night.

This measure definitely made it not worth the hassle to cross border and pay the transfer fee plus the bib fee, having only 7 days (5 days if discounting travel day) even for the famous ones especially on low season period. I feel that we forum members should visit phnom penh and siem reap and help the guys there hehe. Seems like some of them did move to work there. Usually i would advise to have an escape route in case of things like this. Another option is to voice your dislike about him fixating on the phone. But that wont solve the part where he is sticking with you all the day time too hehe.

They have to. For them, its a win win situation. Harassing keep the businesses on their toes, and in turn will make sure they pay tea money consistently. At the same time, it shows to the public, goody two shoes citizens, that they are doing their jobs. Rinse and repeat, each time they need to raise tea money. As long as businesses keep open, a bit of harassment, especially during low season, when customer is low anyway, wont disturbed much of the BIB income, as they would always insist on getting their share regardless how much the bar is making. A second scenario i can think of, the group of BIB that do the harassment, arent the same one thats getting the tea money. But, they will alert the businesses of potential harassment so the businesses will be prepared, such as making sure boys are cover up, pretend to work as waiter etc. In return of giving the insider info, businesses will keep paying them tea money.

The website decided to show a preview of that post he linked here, which again, can only be viewed by members who logged in. Both OP and Vinapue has showned proof that if you are not logged in, you wont be able to even see the preview... And ive yet seen you show any proof that anyone who didnt logged in can see what OP's linked preview shown.... Instead, you created exactly what you claim OP was doing, even if he didnt, and claim you are right..... What you did, is posted the nude photo directly in OP thread, and claimed moderator hasnt done anything to the photo.... But your naked photo can be seen by anyone, even if you didnt logged in, because you posted in this thread that is public.

I recalled there were a pushback and short boycott but dont think it lasted long as they retracted back that photo.
