Update as of July 2024 The sex club is still operating and seems quite busy during weekends. I was there on a Saturday late evening. Entry 20 mil. Underwear night (although a few choose to be naked). Lot of young guys (25-30y) with great/gym bodies. A few younger twinks as well. Only few mature guys; I believe I was the only foreigner (might be wrong on that). The place is quite social; I got the impression that some guests come in groups/w friends; lot of talking and smoking/drinking together in the open/outdoor smoking area. Lots of action (sucking and fucking) in the dark rooms in the basement and the labyrint upstairs. These guys are not shy and most do not mind spectators. As a mature and perhaps overweigjt/out of shape guy it may not be the easiest place to get (free) sex as the majority of the young guys there seem to be looking for similar. Cali Club is THE place /sauna on Sunday afternoons (maybe also Saturday, idk). Lots of young guys partying/having a blast. I wouldn’t go there during weekdays. Phisicus on the other hand can also be busy during weekdays, depend on pay days, Colombian holidays etc. Phisicus 21 and blackandwhite are different concepts. The first is a gay sauna you visit in the late afternoon/early evening (and late Saturday nights) whereas the nearby blackandwhite is a sex club (not a sauna) with different themes every night; gets busy evening/late nights during weekends. It closes 2AM. For the exact reasons stated by previous poster I prefer Cali rather than Medellin. You get much more value for the money; the rent guys in Medellin have been spoiled by the high influx of tourists/sex visitors. The weather in Medellin is more pleasant though, Cali is humid and gets very hot.

Based on my 3 visits to Cali, prices for rent guys are on par with Pereira, Manizales etc or slightly cheaper. Guys off Grindr are slightly cheaper than Mileroticos guys; 50-70 mil for the first, 70-100 mil for the latter (July 2024). However, guys from Grindr involve a higher risk that the guy who turns up at your doorstep is older, look different than his pics or do not have the large verga advertised in his profile etc; been there done that.

This is not the way it works. Some guys (not all) will quote you a lump sum to cover transport and if you find it too high, you challenge it. You can check fare w/ inDrive which is the recommended (ride share) app for transport in most Colombian cities; Uber is more expensive. You shouldn’t order transportation for the guy; you can do it for the return from your place to his casa if you really want to do it.

To get a Medellin prof guy to stay/have sex w/ you for more than 1 hour for 100/130 mil COP only, is not the norm and should be considered very cheap. 100 mil would normally not even get you medio hora with a mileroticos/ prof rent guy in Medellin.

Exactly my thinking. If the OP believes the young local models will be standing in line to provide sex without payment in one or the other way, he is in for a reality check once arrived in Medellin. Well, it can happen anywhere if you do not do your screening sufficiently or are just unlucky. I suppose security staff may prevent some visitors from turning into violent demanding persons etc but as the OP commented dealing w/ security staff can be a hassle and it gives you less of a slut feeling. You have so many questions…😁 To be specific I think the reference is to Black and White sex club (really close to Phisicus sauna) which gets going in the evening /at night during the weekends (until 2 AM). Different themes throughout the week. Entrence fee is 20 mil (at least on Saturdays). Lots of young local guys having sex, also in groups, in dark room or whereever there is space, often at full display. Gay or not doesn’t matter; guys come here to have sex and a good time. Some guys will show interest in mature gringos but certainly not all; again your age, body and appearance in general play a significant role here. A very sociable place also when guys take a break/a smoke in the yard, small talk etc I’m told that when the club closes at 2AM Saturdays some of the guys will continue to nearby Phisicus sauna.

Cali: Whilst I’m able to endorse the Airbnb listings/the building recommended by xpaulo above (I have stayed there 2 years ago, and had no issues taking visitors to my room; there is no security /doorman but the caretaker on site, Mr Diego is really nice/friendly) the nearby ERE Luxury suites are better value; more upscale and really nicely equipped rooms and has slightly lower rates if you book directly w/ the property/on their website rather than Airbnb. Very good communication in English through WhatsApp. No security staff on site and visitors are no issue. Stayed there 3 times already and is my place to go to in Cali. In general, in cities like Barranquilla, Pereira, Manizales, Armenia, Cali, etc there is no issue taking guys to your room even in buildings with reception/security staff (no one will ask/bat an eyelid). In smaller /no-high end hotels you will often be charged a small fee for a visitor so inquire about that if important to you. In my experience it is only in Medellin, Bogota (and Cartagena?) the no-visitor policy is often applicable and you need to inquire about this ahead of booking.

It is not a Brazilian sauna if that is what you ask. As already stated you can have a massage with paying additional for full sex - or you can have sex with other guests. Plenty of young local guys frequent the saunas in Colombia. Some will be interested in playing/having sex with mature foreigners; others will not. Don’t expect a line of young local men ready to have sex w/ you. This is not the way saunas work. Being able to speak Spanish will improve your chances. In particular the events hosted by saunas like Salamandra on mostly Saturday nights, will draw many guests /young guys coming to sauna at late evening.

Confirmed! As for your strategy to use Grindr extensively, my experience is that you end up using excessive time chatting with guys without getting the results you like. I don’t know your expectations from Grindr in Colombia but if you think it will be your access to endless free sex (more or less how it works in Europe) you will find out that it works differently. You will get lot of attention/msg in Grindr but it will be from guys looking for money for sex (easy to spot from their profiles or just ask; guys are not offended by that in Colombia) or guys you have zero interest in hooking up with due to age, body, appearance etc. I know it is easy to say for someone who has visited Colombia several times, but I hardly never use Grindr here for the above reasons but rely on my contacts from earlier visits to satisfy my needs. I simply don’t have the time or patience to use Grindr in Colombia and I can’t afford to spend time on meeting guys which may turn out not to be the match that I’m looking for. That being said I have positive experience w/ meeting rent boys from Grindr who are very clear what they offer and that payment is required. 200 mil is 200,000 pesos. Often people will just say/write 200 and it goes without saying that it is 200 mil/ 200,000. Mil is thousand in Spanish.

150-200 mil for professionals/models. Venezuelans a bit cheaper. You should negotiate.

One reason might be language barriers. It is not pleasant to have travel companion if you are more or less unable to communicate. Inviting a Colombian guy to travel will you, will work out far better if you know basic Spanish (most likely he will have limited or no English language skills).
