  1. Is there cardio equipment? Couldn’t see any in the photos and reviews. My regular guy and I are both gym goers and we talk about getting in a session together some time but somehow we just can’t work up the energy to go when I’m visiting, even when the hotel has a very good quality gym. We end up sleeping late and being lazy 😅 He used to only lift but has now started cardio with my encouragement, which is better for his overall fitness and vascular health than just being a muscle Mary.
  2. Where is the prejudice in looking for a non-bar spot to chill and have a beer and some food? You’re making assumptions based on your own preferences in Pattaya. I rarely, almost never stay in Jomtien. Quite often I have my regular with me so I keep his comfort and enjoyment in mind as well, such as selecting places where locals go to have fun and don’t feel like retirement homes.
  3. I’ve seen it highly recommended. Surprising that the Pattaya gym is more modern than the Bangkok one, also that it’s not in central Pattaya. If I have time on my next trip will check it out
  4. Yes that’s the one. Back to square one, still looking for a good non-bar spot. Years ago a boy brought me to an open air beer bar and restaurant with live music (very good, fun local vibe) but it probably doesn’t exist anymore.
  5. At least three people I know of were brought to the same Japanese restaurant in Thonglor. My impression was he also had a similar arrangement with Fake Club but I could be mistaken.
  6. A kind soul DM’d me the name already. It’s not 76 Garage. Upon closer inspection of social media, many fit shirtless guys but also far too many bar girls.
  7. and I believe the off fee for non models is cheaper, 500 baht
  8. Are there any farang friendly host bars that I could take a bar boy to for another round of drinks and some drinking games? The only one I’ve been to in Pattaya was a snooze. I remember someone posted about an entertaining looking beer bar with a pool in the middle and hunks carrying people around in it (I even responded to the thread) but for the life of me can’t remember it’s name or where the thread has gone to
  9. I have as has @vinapu and a couple of others. I don’t know about Joey but tip expectations for models as of October 2025 was 1000 to the bar and 5000 to the boy.
  10. Who’s going to be the sacrificial lamb and off him first so we can receive a review?
  11. and have a grudge against future generations
  12. Go on the apps. Look for a profile with photos that have tell tale signs: street wear or hair styles that was trendy 10 years ago, photo quality that suggests an older model camera phone. Guaranteed a specimen past his prime will show up.
  13. I did wonder why BBB suddenly were so aggressive on social media and the caliber of boys (and their clothing) seemed to have improved. Is it possible to just walk in and catch the show (is there even a show now?) or will I be endlessly harassed to call someone down and buy them drinks?
  14. While Patpong bars are not known for creative naming surely they could have found something better than “White Cat” and paying tribute to girlie bars. But I find the mascot of a testosterone jacked pussy more disturbing than the name.
  15. I can’t remember from my only stay years ago, do you get a view of IconSiam or any thing nice?
  16. I have too. And this is why Jupiter’s boss is notorious for being greedy and money grubbing. If it was a standard rule a boy can’t be offed from the door, sure, but to have the rules change like the weather is poor customer service.
  17. Brutal but accurate 🤣 is Fake Club still as good now as it was before Covid? I think during and just after Covid it became a quieter live music venue for a time. Watching the videos now the guys don’t seem as good looking as before. I also noticed one of their stars is back but looking older. He used to be very hot with a perfect body and bad boy appeal.
  18. Which would you consider the best one?
  19. If you search Oasis Ent Club on any of the social media platforms you will find it. TikTok has more videos. Here are the videos with Jupiter guys. I’m sure you will recognise them. I’ve never actually seen guys go shirtless like this in any other host bars, they’re usually all dressed up. I can understand why they try their luck, it does seem alot more fun for the boys than a regular Patpong bar with mediocre entertainment and mostly foreigners. v14044g50000d4pmnffog65ijc2ot1jg.mp4 v1c044g50000d538qvnog65qkoke6um0.mp4 v1c044g50000d50qajvog65k8rcb0id0.mp4 v14044g50000d5l497fog65ut65l37og.mp4
  20. I posted in another thread about a new host club called Oasis. Around 5 Jupiter & ex Jupiter boys went to work there. Last week I saw in the videos they were back on stage at Jupiter. Unsure if they couldn’t make money there. Some boys can’t appeal to the host club audience, as there is a specific look. But others just can’t stomach the endless drinking. I was also told that boys often start the night at Jupiter or the other bars, and if they don’t get takers, they move over to the host bars which only get busy around 11 or midnight. Oasis made the Jupiter boys take off their shirts to show off their abs, I wonder if it was because regular host bar boys don’t have as good physiques as those who have to parade in underwear nightly If I can find the video again I will post it.
  21. Thanks, fascinating explanation I enjoyed reading it. Don’t want to derail @jason1975’s trip report further but instead of naming trivia I’m curious about all those ghost stories from Suvarnabhumi….
  22. Thanks for insight, I never looked this one up before but Bavana sounds a lot more suggestive than Tawana! Best example of this is Suvarnabhumi
  23. Now I am wondering about the meaning of Bavana which in my head is an abbreviation of Brave Banana
  24. You are correct. “Tawan” like Tawan bar and Soi Than Tawan means “the sun” or even that new bar Sol exact name in Thai is ตวันนา Tawan-na and there is a double “n” in the Thai alphabet ”na” can mean face or next, but in this case the translation is literally “sunny” ChatGPT had this to contribute: “In Thai, ตวันนา is not commonly used in everyday conversation. It has a literary and elegant tone, often chosen for: Hotel names Building or place names Brands meant to convey warmth, brightness, or prestige So Tawana Hotel essentially conveyed the idea of: “A place of sunshine / warmth / radiance” This kind of naming was especially popular for upscale hotels in Bangkok from the 1970s–1990s.” Could be possible the other bars like “Moonlight” “Jupiter” all took their planetary names from the original Soi Thantawan
  25. Received mine too. So are we meeting at this orgy in @Keithambrose’s suite?
