  1. It would seem anyone that plans an event at a "bar" with someone under 21 would check things out before planning such an event. Which goes along with your last comment above. Looks like the bar was smart enough to check age id's.

    X-Factor hottie

Take a look at these X Factor twins, Sadly they really can't sing well, but they are entertaining .
  3. Very very erotic, thanks for sharing!!!!!!
  4. Since the link to a blog in the thread showed the escort's real name, I think it obviously violated the rules of anonymity that this site has always held as one of the basic foundations of the site. I thought about sending an alert to the moderators but did not. I have a tendency to be much more low key than in the past, sorry, my bad With that said if the thread had only announced the arrest of the escort and what the arrest was for I might find that useful as a potential client. BUT, with that said what could keep anyone from making up an arrest story just because he was competition or just because they don't like the guy? In the case of the escorts in the murder case there were links to news sites. I completely understand your enforcement of the rules and also thank you for an explanation.
  5. We have 50 Governors. This guy gets the teenage daughter of one of them pregnant and now 2 teenagers have a child. He becomes famous for it. When is this guy's 15 minutes of fame going to end? Hope he makes enough to support the kid he helped create.
  6. Rio gets to host the 2016 Olympics. It is about time the Olympics came to South America and Rio is a great city with beautiful people. But I think Rio will have to crack down on their crime problems in the next few years to be fully successful. It will be interesting to see the changes this will bring to Rio. It was such a shock to me that Chicago came in last in the selection. I love Chicago and think it would have been a great choice.
  7. It seems the French are changing their mind on Polanski. From the BBC: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/8283707.stm
  8. An interesting article, commentary, on the subject from the NY Times. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/09/27/weekinreview/27mcneil.html?hpw
  9. CNN reported tonight that he had been to Switzerland numerous times in the past and even had a house there. They asked a question similar to my statement "Why Now?".
  10. I think that if it is defeated again, so close to the first, that will kill its chances for several years to come. Isn't there a California Governor election in 2010? Wonder how that might affect the results and turnout?
  11. What surprises me is that it took this long for a country to finally arrest him for possible extradition back to the US.
  12. Fantastic travel log, I really enjoyed reading it. Thanks for sharing.
  13. For those of you that live out there,,,,, How many times now does this make that this has happened to the place? Can anyone return it to it's glory days?
  14. I think many forget how this one huge horrible event changed this entire country. Those who witnessed it first hand in NYC, DC & Pa, but everyone, and our complete political structure. Too many times we in this country have short memories. Thanks for your small personal note to make us remember.
  15. I saw the movie last week and enjoyed it alot. I have also been a Meryl Streep fan for a long while. Learned alot about Julia Childs I did not know. A friend that went with me thought it was too long but he thought it was really funny
  16. I did enjoy "Battle Hymn of the Baby Boomers". Got a good chuckle out of it. I can't seem to get the following tune out of my head since I first heard it on YouTube. It has gotten quite abit of news exposure. It is very cute and catchy, plus there is a bit of revenge factor in it. "United Breaks Guitars"
  17. Can you remember when we had to depend on such rulings in THIS country to help progress us to where we are today? It would seem unimaginable, but we should never forget what also occured in our own country in the not so distant past.
  18. Thanks for the links. I have enjoyed watching and remembering a comedy great.
  19. I actually thought of you my friend when I saw this guy. The background guys are with the Frikar Dance Company.
  20. The winner of the Eurovision Song contest is a young Norwegian named Alexander Rybak. He wrote the song himself, which I agree deserved to win. Not only is this 23 year old talented but he is hot. Here is the youtube link to his winning performance. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kfOuulTyj4o...feature=related
  21. Truly a sad situation. I have been following things on the Bangkok Post website : http://www.bangkokpost.com/ The present PM came to power on the protest of the "Yellow" shirts. It would now be hypocritcal to crack down on the "Red" shirts for doing much the same as the "Yellow" shirts did. Truly a sad situation and having been there many times it adds a different perspective I think of what is going on.
  22. Thanks Tomcal and TY. The pictures have brought back some good memories for me of Rio and made me long to return.
  23. I found it to be extremely offensive. But I am not a fan of censorship. Where does one draw the line? It is an expression of free speech, even though in poor taste. Yes Sick humor. But, people have many times objected to ethnic jokes, though they may many still giggle even if not in open. Sick humor is not a reason for censorship. As for Youtube, if they have rules, which I am sure they do, they have the right to pull anything they want, just like other private websites. This sort brings up another question. At what point do private websites become considered like the mainstay media (i.e. newspaper, TV news, etc...) and what responsibilitites do they have to the general public?
  24. You recommended B&N to me my first trip to Thailand and it became a fantastic part of my daily ritual everytime I visited Bangkok. Thanks. Hope the political situation calms down some this year.
  25. I truly agree. Thanks Tomcal, you make me long for the sauna's of Rio so badly. Let me also say welcome.
