  1. I don't know whether to Congratulate A-Rod or Lucky.
  2. I don't know about a Wet Wedensday but that sure made it a HOT Wednesday.
  3. I sometimes wonder if baseball is becoming a dying sport. I never hear as much about it as I did when I was a kid. Back then it seemed the World Series was a much bigger deal than the Super Bowl.
  4. I have started using coupons for groceries and get discount coupons e-mailed to me from a few restaurants. Some of the Grocery store chains here also double the coupon value, it more than pays for the newspaper subscription.
  5. From NPR the engagement is off: Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston have called off their second engagement after he told her he may have fathered a baby with another girl. The other girl was not identified, but a pregnant ex-girlfriend of Johnston has publicly denied he is the father. The 19-year-old daughter of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin told People magazine that the "final straw" was when Johnston told her he was going to Hollywood to see a hunting show, but actually went there to star in a music video mocking her family. Sarah Palin, the 2008 GOP vice presidential nominee, says she hopes her daughter will "move forward in life with her same forgiving, gracious, optimistic spirit, but from henceforth she'll know to trust but verify." http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=128960758&f=1001&sc=tw&utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter I realize some people like him and think he is cute, but I think he is a jerk out for publicity off the Palin name.

    Rachel's back

Actually only the first paragraph is mine. (Actually she is on my list of Political Talk shows NOT to watch. Right behind Glen Beck and Keith Olbeirman. I find all 3 to be obnoxius and since I've retired I watch alot of the Cable News shows) I'm not sure who wrote the other part (must be some computer problem?) but whoever, thanks for the congrats on being retired.
  7. Agree about the Yummy pics!!!!! Oz, I also went into a Club in Pattaya one night and was leaving alone when I stopped to talk to the handsome clothed doorman I saw on my way in. Shortly after, needless to saw I was not alone for the next few hours, Fantastic time
  8. I can some times get a little misty eyed but I don't think I ever really broke down into a balling cry. The last movie I can remember getting misty eyed watching was the Blind Side. I did the same thing again when I saw it the second time on DVD. Cool Movie and Sandra Bullock did deserve the award she got for the part she played.
  9. I watch alot of Cable News and I've noticed that few ever use the word "Liberal" anymore. Liberals and even the news commentators now use the word "Progressive". When did it become a dirty word to be called a Liberal? Are people ashamed be Liberal or is it just a new PR campaign to rebrand? It seems Conversatives seem to wear that label with honor, even with all the extremism that can go with the Conservative label. I remember Bush tried the Compassionate Conservative label. For the record I am a PROUD Moderate. I walk in step to no particular party and agree with some Liberal (ahhhhhh,,,,, Sorry) Progressive ideas and some Conservative ideas. I am the guy that most politicians are scared of because I actually try to research a person and I vote for both Democrats and Republicans.Since Independents cannot vote in Primaries here in my state I am registered with one of the major parties and have actually changed my registration a few times.

  11. Being that X factor is a British show I've been able to keep up with it on the internet and You Tube. I think it is a much better show than American Idol. The kid is really good. Here's a couple of youtube links of him on the X Factor. This is his first audtion song ( I chuckled when one of the judges talk about how much the "girls" are going to love him): This one is from the Final:
  12. LOL, that comment gave me the best laugh I've had all day. Can't believe I am either, must be a retirement thing.
  13. Wish you the best and good luck on your move and new journey in Life. Maybe you can schedule alot of your travels during the winter months. And as my ex-bf, that use to live in Chicago, would say for those cold windy days, "Multi layers of clothing is a must for those winter months." Especially when standing waiting for the "L" train. And it looks like you'd be fun to unwrap, layer by layer too. Chicago is a great city, hope you enjoy it there.

    Useful Review

Speaking of a truly useful review. I found the recent review here of Zach Taylor/ Phoenix very interesting: http://www.maleescortreview.com/index.php?file=view_escort_review&review_id=1766&escort_id=210070003 I think escorts like this is one of the reasons Hooboy started his review website to begin with.
  15. Here is the rumor from MSN about the judges changes. http://tv.msn.com/reality-tv/kara-dioguardi-out-american-idol/story/?Gt1=28103 I lost interest in the show after Paula left and did not watch a single show last year.
  16. It looks like Levi "MAY" also be a daddy soon to another baby by another ex-girlfriend. Maybe he should go on the Maury show since he wants to be famous so bad. I know he never completed High School but you would at least think he learned something about how a girl gets pregnant from the first kid. http://www.radaronline.com/exclusives/2010/07/exclusive-bristol-palin-heartbroken-over-levi%E2%80%99s-girlfriends-pregnancy
  17. He also admitted a few weeks ago that much of what he said about Palin was NOT true and issued an apology. Can't blame Palin for being upset that the guy that lied about her just to get publicity, is now going to marry her daughter. http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20399773,00.html

    What's your type?

If I was forced to choose a type I would have to go with the toned Fratboy type. But I've learned that variety is sometimes the spice of life. Sometimes a smooth twink with a cute little happy trail, or a muscled stud with hair just in the right places, or the fratboy with a toned six pack, or the skinny guy with a dick so big it looks like a third leg, or a dark man whose skin looks like black silk, or the sexy asian guy with black hair on this head and just above his cock or.....
  19. I've never been a fan of "outing" people. I realize many think that being religious and gay is hyprocisy, but I don't unless you gay bash from the pulpit. Things of this nature just make it harder for the Catholic Church to come to grips with gay people as a whole. Gays seem to be making much progress in many area's and hopefully the church will someday join in that progress. I know some religions are trying. I'm not Catholic but I know many gay people that are, including a few priests, and know how much they long for the day to be accepted in the church that is so important to their lifes.
  20. As much as many of us like to critcize our past President, I found this article from CNN to be very interesting. Bush seemed to be a much stronger advocate than our present guy. Something to think about. http://www.cnn.com/2010/OPINION/07/23/kennedy.aids.bush.obama/index.html
  21. Me too!!!!!!
  22. Mississippi district to pay $35K to settle lesbian's suit over canceled prom: http://content.usatoday.com/communities/ondeadline/post/2010/07/mississippi-district-settles-lesbians-suit-over-canceled-prom/1 Good for her. I know this must have been a hard battle for her to stand up for her beliefs. But even bigger for what she may have started for other gays following behind her
  23. Now that is how to hijack a thread. Keep it UP please.
  24. WOW...Awesome, makes me want to visit. Thanks for sharing!!!!!
  25. I think this is the first step that will ultimately get DOMA to the Supreme Court. That will be interesting to say the least.
