  1. Well, check out the man in the background on this live cam. Of course, it's not live now, but it was live when this cutie dropped trou...Naked on TV
  2. An article in today's NY Times maintains that beautiful people have it so much better than the um, non-beautiful. "..., being attractive also helps you earn more money, find a higher-earning spouse (and one who looks better, too!) and get better deals on mortgages. Each of these facts has been demonstrated over the past 20 years by many economists and other researchers...Most of us, regardless of our professed attitudes, prefer as customers to buy from better-looking salespeople, as jurors to listen to better-looking attorneys, as voters to be led by better-looking politicians, as students to learn from better-looking professors. This is not a matter of evil employers’ refusing to hire the ugly: in our roles as workers, customers and potential lovers we are all responsible for these effects." So, one nice thing about being an internet poster- people don't care what you look like! But for those who don't get the advantages of the beautiful, the author suggests that "Ugliness could be protected generally in the United States by small extensions of the Americans With Disabilities Act. Ugly people could be allowed to seek help from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other agencies in overcoming the effects of discrimination. We could even have affirmative-action programs for the ugly." How this would be done is explained further in the article, cited below. But, if you dispute the author's points, ask yourself when was the last time you hired an ugly escort? Rights for the Ugly
  3. hitoallusa has already posted about this. He thought the guy was so cute. But read the comment in the Advocate, which I handily provided for you, and you may not be so quick to call him cool. I call him stupid. From the other post: You might not think he is so cute if you read the first comment on this Puerto Rican politician: I'm sorry to disagree but we proud gay Puerto Ricans want HIM to leave us alone. This is the same guy who consistently voted against same-sex marriage and energically proposed to ammend our Constitution to proclaim that legal marriage should be only considered as a union between man and woman. This is the same guy who has consistently joined forced with local fundamentalist leaders to persecute and diminish gay rights. This is the same guy that, presuming his manhood, harassed and bullied another senator for his (alleged) sexual orientation during a Senate session. So, Mister Arango, now you have been caught red-handed (on all fours, for God's sake) and neither your religious friends nor your Republican colleagues have done anything to save your sorry ass. I think he would stand above this scandal if he made a statement affirming his sexual orientation and accept his fault. Hopefully, as I write this, he may be signing his resignation letter.
  4. Irene does not make for good television- at least so far. All you see is wet and windy, much like any other big storm. The TV people seem desperate for something to show.
  5. Well, this morning it was 57% humidity at 5 a.m. The air was so thick- not a drop of a breeze. On the other hand, we didn't have a hurricane to deal with!

  7. Wait a minute! BiBottom Boy is back, and with no explanation where he has been all this time. Jail? I hope not. Sick? I hope not. Fucking himself silly? Now there you go! Welcome back.
  8. Umm, lookin at your travel schedule, I don't see New York!
  9. Those are two good points.
  10. Welcome back to the board. As for the topic, are you otherwise a compulsive shopper? One way to handle it might be to buy to your heart's content, but just never go to the checkout. Or else you could return what you have not opened. Lookin says Amazon is very consumer friendly on returns.
  11. He recently posted here that he is recovering from a serious illness.
  12. Wonder how cheap a New York hotel room will be this weekend?
  13. Since there is a Costco near me, I go there frequently. The most returned item I see are televisions.
  14. I have been all over Google trying to find anything that substantiates KYTOP's remarks that the young craigslist kid has a history of going with guys only to back out. KYTOP, in his first post on this thread suggested that blogger gossip is not so reliable, so I am most interested in hearing the basis for his remarks today. I couldn't find anything on my Google search that supports the allegation.
  15. Well, I think he is pretty damn accurate. But I don't know how you can say that King is weeping from his grave. Isn't that inconsistent with being dead?
  16. Actually, I would rather be in New York!
  17. Remember those boyhood days when August meant that school was right around the corner? If you were bored, that was good news. But August for me now means super hot weather. For 4 years we went to Rio to avoid the heat. This year we were scheduled to leave last Tuesday, but canceled due to the high Rio hotel prices. Good thing too since I went to the dentist on Tuesday and got the news that I needed $3000 in repairs. But that still leaves the heat. It was 116 Wednesday and 115 yesterday. I walked the dogs at 5 am and it was 93. And don' tell me "it's a dry heat" as August is our most humid month. 20% at 5 a.m. So I stay in during the day and read. Yesterday I was fortunate to watch the Yankees hit 3 grand slams to beat the A's 20-9. But Irene will probably cancel this weekend's games. So, yes, we have perfect weather here in Riverside County in March and April. But next year, should I still be alive, I have to go somewhere cooler! Thanks for letting me vent. Maybe today we will have 101 posts! Unless Irene knocks out the computers on the East Coast...Irene, of course, is God's wrath against the Tea Party...
  18. Dykstra as a young baseball player had some sex appeal if you ignored the cheek full of tobacco. But he was always a bad boy, and getting into trouble seems to be his best talent.
  19. They sold you two bad TVs and you are still a fan? I'm glad you pay your taxes, though. People who complain about bad roads, bad services, and other government failures and then try to avoid paying the taxes needed to fix the problems amaze me.
  20. The ten inch mattress was for your dog?
  21. He says he's not gay, which makes his credibility dubious. If you are not gay, you do not hire a guy from craigslist for a "good time." So when he how accuses the kid of stealing from him, I simply don't believe it.
  22. KYTOP, please provide some evidence for the allegations you make against this kid. Seriously. If true, it's important information. But without proof, it's just gossip.

    Stud Alert

He sure has a nice butt.
  24. Reuter's discusses the assumptions that he is gay: http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/08/25/idUS422760388920110825
  25. If we keep losing jobs, soon no one will be working!
