Well, it's been years now, but once the bus for the River Kwai tour left too early, like 6 am. So we just hired a car. We got a nice Mercedes, a driver, and a guide. They took us around all day, including places not on the tour. Total cost $60. Did you know that the movie The Bridge On The River Kwai is mostly bullshit? You learn that when you go up there.
