  1. It's so nice to see couples traveling together in search of sex. It takes a strong relationship to do that, I think. But it does work, I know.
  2. Yesterday I checked out VRBO. Lots of higher prices, but also lots of prices lower than I am used to seeing. So one has to wonder if the low price is due to declining demand or just a low quality place. I'll stick with hotels. Price reductions there are not great, but still.
  3. That's a good point, firecat69. Glad to see your post.
  4. Since it is slow here right now, I thought to indulge myself with a topic of interest to me. Perhaps others will find it interesting, or not. This morning at the gym there was a guy who I thought to be perfect looking. He had a Clark Kent look once he put his glasses on, but his face has all of the right lines, especially the jaw. He had very nice eyes, emphasized with the glasses. He was in gym clothes, and his proportions were equal to a guy who is quite fit without being considered too muscular. He has perfect calves. I didn't check the feet, sorry. His clothes fit very nicely. So, once this guy leaves the gym, does he lead the perfect life? Do his looks open doors for him? Do people seek out his company? Can he possible fuck all the many, many people who line up before him? Or is just because I am a horny gay old man that I feel this way? Were my testosterone levels low, would I ignore him? Do people want to keep their lovers away from him? Lots of silly questions pop to mind. It's likely that people react to him as a total person, not just a total hunk. He might have a mean streak, or be so self-centered that people avoid him. I don't know. I am just wondering. Years ago I saw a guy waiting to be helped at the front desk of my workplace. It wasn't my job to help him, but I did since I wanted to look at him longer than a pass through would have allowed. I did help him and sent him on his way, but not before asking him, once business was concluded, if his eyes were naturally that blue. If he didn't know before, surely he knew then that I helped him because of that, at the least. One other weird work situation since you are reading this far. The closest toilet to my office was in a public hallway. I looked at the only guy in the room, he looked at me, and next thing I knew he was following me to my office. Once we entered, he turned and locked the door. That act caused me to come to my senses as I had no business even thinking about doing anything at work. I made some excuse about why he was at the place and what could I do to help, clearly not meaning sex since that had already been on the table and brushed off. What would you have done?
  5. Thanks for saying so, TravelTom. It's good of you to speak up.
  6. Alan deserves no friends.
  7. My experience with Bangkok began in 1987, and I do long for the seemingly innocent era that I enjoyed. There were fewer games played. Guys were eager to play, grateful to be chosen. Making the customer happy was the goal. Prices were quite low. 300 baht at the time was $14 US dollars. Some guys asked 400, which is still quite low. I am not suggesting that one takes advantage of the boys by paying the low price, and I am glad that the guys are getting paid better now. It's just the contrast with how good their attitude was then despite the low pay. There is a different experience when the guy you pick seems quite happy to go with you and stays that way. They didn't get to the room and demand more or do less than they said at the bar. I believe that I have always been generous when the price was low, but it was the same thing then "You are undercutting the locals when you pay too much!"
  8. Women should not be allowed in the boy bars.
  9. They are monks for nine days, representing the nine days they were in captivity. The Christian boy, who was so helpful with translating for the rescuers, will be left out.
  10. Frankly, the prices on airbnb seem too good to be true. I am looking at $18-$39 a night for entire apartments. Typically I have shopped VRBO, where the prices are slightly lower than hotel prices. I don't want to spend my time weeding out low priced places that are no good.
  11. Oz, I am using updated Firefox. I have not seen any logout every 6 hours as I log out when I leave the site. I will try refreshing, it sounds good! Later: It worked! Thanks.

    Fuck You, Bigot!

During the recent All-Star game a relief pitcher, Josh Hader, didn't know that as he was pitching his old Twitter posts were being released. One just said "I hate gays" and others were racist. He had a large contingent of family wearing his jersey, but they took it off or wore it backwards after the posts became prominent. The pitcher says that the posts are 7 years old and no longer reflect his views. He has been ordered to sensitivity training. https://thebiglead.com/2018/07/18/josh-hader-twitter-racist-homophobic/ Josh Hader
  13. The next day I saw the price as $46. Generally, prices are down, but many hotels have a leader price and for anything else the price is not down. One hotel lowered their price by no longer including breakfast.
  14. An 18-year old man with a college scholarship was caught on video yelling at protesters "fuck you, faggot!" Now he is an 18-year old man without a college scholarship. https://www.sfgate.com/news/article/Wrestler-scholarship-anti-gay-rant-cal-poly-slo-13085849.php Bronson Harmon, loser: Bronson in happier days:
  15. Well, I like his approach!
  16. I m back to the situation where if I look at the main forums page, I am not signed in. If I go to a forum, I am signed in. My latest post does not show up on the menu page or the recent posts page. That's why I posted this stuff in the first place (June 13) and it is still the same.
  17. Logging in now requires a look at those profile pictures. It does make me wonder why some of those folks chose that picture, but that's for another thread. I would be happy to just log in without visiting the profiles.
  18. Having just looked at room rates, I see that the Atlantico is down to $35 a night, including breakfast! Other hotels I have been watching are also down. A hotel I stayed in last year is down to $60 a night, another down to $80. These are reductions of 20-25%, no doubt currency related.
  19. I have always wanted to go to the National Museum. As it is, I will likely get no farther than the airport transfer terminal.
  20. Caeron's experience makes me wonder if Bangkok is much fun anymore. A post on gaythailand by Michael was also not encouraging. I have been there 15 times over the years, and certainly in the beginning (1987) it was a blast. Now it seems all money-oriented, giving as little as possible for the highest rate. Boys lazy in bed, such as the Tawan guy. The innocence seems gone for good, and that was part of the attraction. I used to think the guys were glad to be chosen and eager to please. There was no race to the door when finished either. Am I wrong?
  21. They weren't that great a place to stay to begin with, and now down to $40 I am not encouraged. I did love the location.
  22. Who is the author?
  23. We are concerned about Bieber's penis. It could be improperly waylaid should he pick the wrong woman. Many of us picture it shooting gobs and gobs of sperm. Then we imagine that the sperm hits our face, where we can quickly use our tongue to taste and savor it.
  24. We can agree on that. Trump is opposed to breast feeding because he is kissing up to the baby food manufacturers. The US browbeat Ecuador into changing its position on the subject or face punitive actions by the US, including cuts in aid. We are now bullies. Just ask North Korea!
