It costs money for this as well as a lot of politicking. In Seaside, CA which is part of the Monterey Peninsula {California}, a major street has two names Broadway Avenue its initial name, and beneath that is Obama Way which cost over $5000 and a lot of politicking to have it done. I was NOT for this to happen until President Obama left off after serving "two terms."

My good friend used this feature when we were in Buenos Aires and Rio last October. The men did contact him, but he did not respond back and see any of them.
