You may want to check what is offered by your credit card company or, if you have status as a frequent flier, your international airline. They do have saunas, but not as in Brazil. Saunas attract locals who are married, or closeted, or who find them convenient. I guess it's possible that you may find working guys in a sauna but it's not common. The two main ones are A Full and Tom's. Both charge an entry fee which would deter poorer "street" guys.
