The Dems are simply "playing the role" of the party of Morality..... which reamins in stark contrast to the GOP, who is ACTUALLY the party of immorality.... While no denying that both Platner and Swalwell appear to be broken scumbags, although not convicted by any federal or local court jury's, the timing of ALL these candidates allegations by accusers continues to remain SUSPECT for me, despite all the justifications for the victims timing decisions...... I think its the timing of these allegations that ultimately DERAILS the candidates, and the very narrow windows being used IS intentional so that the immoral and illegal behavior is "fresh in the voters minds".... The pressure of the timeframes on the actual elections is what "forces the candidates out" quickly, and as we have seen with the Biden/Harris debacle, replacing candidates in such narrow time windows doesnt usually work out well..... We'll see if the urgency to dethrone Collins changes that ?

Let's stop and remember for a moment that the VOTERS chose Platner, just as voters chose Trump, TWICE.... and while THAT may not have worked out well, we should be grateful "we still have a right to choose"... At this point, i dont believe Platner should remain, but ultimately the blame should not be with Platner, who is a flawed and broken person/candidate. Its with the people that vetted him and propelled him to his position, most likely KNOWING of his Peccadilloes, but ONLY thinking of the win and not his morality or ethics..... We have seen this act before, many times, but in an era of Trump, its magnified and to a point of "manic"..... People dont care anymore, they just want to WIN.. =POWER.
