I‘ve stayed at the Mandarin Oriental and it’s a healthy 20-25 minute walk to Thermas. Or a quick hop on the subway. Very hot doormen of course. Sexy bathtubs in the rooms. Axel is in the hood, but it was a little dark for my taste. Nice rooftop bar though

Thank you for your insights! I hate to agree with the assessment that Escape probably won't re-open again... but think that is sadly the case. I think lots of places took advantage of Covid to make changes.

From my limited time at Escape, it didn't seem like there was any "pimping" going on like the boy brothels in Amsterdam (WhyNot). I noticed a nice guy from Poland and went several nights but he made up excuses each night not to spend time with me. If it were truly a "pimping" situation, he probably would have i think. It seemed like the guys working there were free agents and not working for a pimp. I met a nice university student who worked at the bar. He told me, pointing out to many of the working boys on the floor, that they have lovers abroad that support them. Anyhow, so many nice guys to meet there. Although i did find a number of them seemed undernourished. I wonder if Escape will ever re-open or if there are any other places similar to that in Prague (I have never been to Up and Down).

Escape was such a fun playground. I deliberately booked my hotel room at the Radisson Blue claiming to my traveling friends that it had the only Michelin star restaurant in town, but the real reason was that it was super close to the delights of Escape Club. One night I remember going there but as I descended the stairs, there were a whole bunch of guys dressed in police uniform. After paying the admission and entering the club, i was informed that they were having a real police search! Anyhow, I just had my hopes dashed thinking those hot police studs were there for entertainment purposes.

Hopefully the pandemic will be in control in Brazil when you go there... it's not doing well right now though

Sometimes, people do not expect to pass away so suddenly. Or, they have it on the back of their minds to do, but never get around to it. Anyhow, I am grateful for the wonderful forum that was provided and hope to see it back up and running soon.

Agree that is great news... but how about the pandemic response and vaccination efforts in those countries? Will visitors have same access to restaurants, bars, and guys? I'm not sure how much "fun" i'd have. I'm all for having a good time. In fact, booked tickets to Hustlaball in Berlin later this year. However, with so many unknowns now, would probably prefer to stay in the US and explore some national parks and cities that I haven't visited yet.

I suspect some are cautious when playing with unknown clients whose vaccination status is not determined. Or perhaps the pandemic is a boner killer?

do you have a cyrllic keyboard? You can find select it if you have an ipad. It took me a while to register. The last step, they present numbers in russian and you have to enter the numeric number. Used google translate a lot.

I've done the one in NYC a few times... it was scandalous for me too. I've never seen so much fisting. I was a little afraid but 2 friends came with me.
