Yes I think everything about the old Lagoa is better: location, floor plan, locker room, bar, sitting area, boys etc...everything.

@Marc in Calif, no need to be confused, you can just go try those wild parties in Europe. Now I don't get excited about parties in Asia or Brazil anymore. I still go to them occasionally, but they would be more of something to kill time rather than having good times, I don't get excited about them. I am in Brazil now, I chose to relax in my hotel tonight (a Saturday night) rather than going out to a highly recommended club, because I just came from Europe last week and had wild parties there.

I would rather wait for Uber than haggling with someone. But congratulations on your language skills and the ability to deal with scums. I always tell them to leave me alone I am just waiting for my Uber. Same with some ugly out of shape GPs, I just tell them, please don't talk to me.

GP are available anytime, they stand/walk around. Lagoa is at an awful location in a one way small alley. When I left, I had to wait 40 minutes to finally get an Uber. They all missed the corner and can't backup, hence canceled. All 7 of them canceled, they were all very close but somehow just missed this one way turn.

...and trying to avoid being on streets.

I am in SP, am just going to GP saunas, taking Uber in/out of hotel. I am not participating in any Carnival activities, and trying to avoid being on streets as little as possible.

But some people like to save money buy not having to pay for cabins on Tuesdays. Not me though.

What do you guys think the odds of actually capturing this murder suspect. It's Brazil after all, I am not sure the police even care.
