Greetings from Bogotá. Landed late last night and will be here for the week.
1. You do not require a Covid test (PCR or otherwise) currently to land in Colombia.
2. The gaybourhood of Chapinero (Chapigay to the locals) is fully open and busy. Lots of people out this afternoon and the major clubs (Theatron, El Mozo, Coyote Crazy, et al) are functioning as normal. You will need to be masked to enter, but mask usage is lax inside the clubs.

I want to change my Grindr profile such that it says homem rather than man, etc.  Does anybody out there know how to do this?  I suspect it’s not possible since I have been fiddling with the app for the past 15 minutes and have had no luck but thought I would ask anyway
The reason I want to do this is that earlier today I meat Jean on Grindr.  Jean is a 30-something tall white boy from Québécois.  Jean speaks both French and English.  Jean takes care of his body and is an avid runner.  Jean has a professional sort of job in finance/law and probably makes more money than I do.  In short, your mother would love Jean.

Last night in Colombia. These are my general observations from trying out the advice here. 
On grinder the term prepaygos is no longer around. The leads I found were one of these; a dollar sign, a variant of please read (lea), or a variant of massage. That has been a mixed bag. I have had some that used pictures of other people. Some were pretty hot and would do everything. I didn’t find such a price difference between bogota and medellin.
in bogota I dropped by both teatron and saint moritz. Teatron has the strippers on the top floor. I was there on a Thursday. Half the bars were closed. I suggest going there between 11 and 12. Saint moritz had a good mix of guys. I found two particularly hot. The customers were just ok. 
In medellin I went to ferchos. I suggest using google translate and just keep messaging the number. He likes to send voice mails and it is just sometimes hard to understand. Eventually he will reply via text. On fridays they like to do something different. They have some hot guys there but I think the mix in saint moritz is better. Just my preference I think. Even though the person says they are open. Ask before going because I went there and they were closed. ( around 4 pm)
