Greetings from Rio de Janeiro.  This is probably my twelfth or thirteenth trip here so I’m by no means a Brazil virgin but an experience yesterday made me think and I’d be curious to know what other people’s thoughts are as well.

I arrived in Medellin on a late flight at almost midnight and I was already a little hungover from a night in Cancun prior and met up with a regular there, so I went to the airbnb after clearing Immigration (no line) and Priority bags came out fast, got an Uber and straight to the apt to unpack, catch up on messages and SLEEP.
