I spent 30 days there, mostly in the provinces.  The people were nice in general very accomodating, and many have worked overseas.  regarding blacks, I did not specifically ask.  but like many places I heard the expression "I like whites"  when I discussed my preferences for men of other races (asians or latin/black).

this is a great topic but needs expert updating to reflect current realities.  I want to go but....  I like to hire a local long term companion to guide, translate, clean airbnb and be a regular bed partner.  I do that in Medellin and have no shortage of men who want th job, food, bed, transportation alcohol and sex included.   this year I paid 100cop a day...  very happy men
