Here is the issue. The main site and the forum are two different platforms. We want the same names on both and the same dates, etc. It is not an easy task. We just paid a lot of money for a better solution than we had and there are still some kinks to work out. But, I like Invision as it gives so much leeway. But, they like to control username/password and that is created on the main site first and not possible for their system to control. In essence, all the sites you listed are big sites (one). We have two and we keep trying to get them to play well together.

We have bee working on the login and log out issue. We think we have fixed this. Everyone will be required to log in from the main site and the login time for one session will be 6 hours. After that time, you will need to log in again.

We had a few Asian boys and they didn't get a lot of one-hour calls. But, they got a ton of overnights when regular clients came to down. That kept them in the game.

Years back when I ran a NYC agency, there were many boys. The top money boys were always the white ones. 2nd was Latin, 3rd was Asian and last was black. It was almost impossible for me to get a black guy a lot of work. There would be guys that came along an worked for a while and then moved on. They move on because they had little work. For clients, I did have some guys (very few) who would not go with black customers. Often we don't know on the phone what race someone is and I don't know why they felt this way. They never refused a customer based on race (to my knowledge) but they didn't want to go with them. Also for clients, the boys always preferred older guys to young guys. Every year during Fashion Week we were inundated with calls. But, the boys hated going with the young fashion models and often would take a week or two off to avoid them. Why? They were too much work.
