I have been really swamped the past few weeks and just found this thread in all its glory. It was so refreshing to read and with great detail and information. Thank you for sharing it with us and I am looking forward to your next trip!

400 per year? That is insane! Thank you for the new links to FH reports. I know you enjoy his stories as much as many of us. He is certainly nice to go back and do all the photo adding. A great deal of work on his part.

Here is a before and after of one of my favorite guys in Brazil. About 10 years or so apart.

I guess we saw different photos. They all aged and with aging often comes some fat but none I saw were fat. If that is what you saw, you must have been looking for something different than I was.

I have been to Brazil over 30 times and loved each one. But, I can't speak the language. I can get by in the saunas just fine with a few words. That said, I usually hire a guide to be with me the whole time as it makes my trip easier and negotiations smooth. I don't think you need to speak the language of the place you visit. I have been to 80 countries and most I don't speak the language. But, I do respect the people, their language and I do try to speak the words I learn. Not hard to learn a few works everywhere you travel. For example, activio, passivo, total? Quantos Real? Mucho besos? Even if my pronunciation is wrong, most know what I mean.

So glad you had fun and enjoyed it. I agree with your assessment. It is one of those cities I love in Brazil.

New seasons for So you Think you can Dance and World of Dance are now live in the summer. I love them both. I have watched So you Think You can Dance for Years and with the exception of the season with the little kids, I loved them all. Jennifer Lopez is doing World of Dance and it is on another level and some amazing dance performances. Give it a shot if you have not seen them!

It has been MANY years since I was there but these new rates seem marvelous!

I also liked the sauna in BH. It was very clean and nice. The owners had spent some money on it. I also found the online dating apps were filled with sexy money boys from BH.

Beauty is such a subjective thing and everyone's idea of beauty is going to be different. There are things that I like on guys (tattoos and lots of them) really turn off a lot of people. I was in Rio a few years back and at Meio Mundo and there was this guy trying to pick me up. I didn't like his face too much. He was not ugly but just average and his body was firm. But, another poster here, I forgot his name, (Tom, the guy that lives in Rio) and he told me the guy was amazing in bed. So, I took him for a programma. Literally, one of the best sex escapades I had in Rio. the guy ate ass like I have never seen and I never (rarely) get fucked but wanted this guy who prepared me with his tongue. It was a great time for me. Yet, I never would have gone with him had someone not recommended him to me. Realize that not all have the same type and photos are often misleading and that part of the sex desire comes from the aura that one exhibits.
