  1. I found the Google translator app great on my last visit to Brazil. I also had a sim card that had Internet. Also, years back, I found a Brazilian boy I feel in love with and no English. I wanted to marry him but no English. So, we did 3 ways calls to USA with my friend who is Brazilian (a lady). Can you imagine the conversations? It was a hoot for her. And, had the boy not wanted me to live near his mother in a flavala, I would have been there in an apartment now. Here he is:
  2. Or, just hire the cutest boy you find who speaks both languages and then they know you are helping the local economy and treat you well as well. Plus, I have had so many great dinners and weekends with my translators over the years and got to experience the country in a way most tourists don't. I agree with Solace on some issues. I do think you need to try some basic phrases. That is even hard for me but I try. However, I also say, "so sorry" and they completely understand. So much of communication is also about approach. If you approach in a kind and respectful way, you go a long way. If you approach in a kind and respectful way with a hot boy on your side, it is even better.
  3. I find it amazing to either know the language or to have someone that does with you. I tend to go to place, pick a boy that speaks the native language and English and keep them with me for the entire trip. It has ALWAYS enhanced my experience. If I had the capacity to learn a language, I would. I don't. So, I settle for the next best thing.
  4. I have had phone and computer search a ton going back into USA. I just give them the information they need to access and they do. They are looking for illegal photos and I have none. If they look for conversations, just be sure you don't say you are doing to fuck them for $. Anything else can be grey area. I was searched so many times as I travel with 8-10 suitcases and I learned the best way to is sit down and let them search what they want and when they have a question, I answer yes or no and go back to reading. They hate someone doesn't get upset being searched. I was once asked about my 9k songs on ITunes and I told them to find the desktop and folder called Receipts/Apple and they will find all info there. They asked why I purchased so many songs and kept receipts and I told them because I knew customs would want to know. They waved me by. I do have friends that are flight attendants and they get stuck often for having fake items. You are only allowed so many of those things in the country like watches, etc. I would not worry about phone conversations unless you are embarrassed by them asking about boys and gay sex. If they ask if you travel to Thailand for sex just tell them, "No, I travel. And, I just so fucking hot people want me where ever I go." That always gets a laugh and they move on. Customs in USA is a PITA. I think it will get more "badly" under Trump.
  5. Wow. I am always surprised when people choose to comment on the likes of others. Everyone has a type. Not sure why you feel the need to say things the way you do. It is crass.
  6. Steve, why do old men have the NEED to travel to Thailand to have sex with younger guys? Would you want such a person sitting beside you on a 10 hour flight? What if the person thinks you are the guy and starts caressing you and stuffing cock in your mouth?
  7. Why? Do regular people pay for sex? Do regular people have sex with people half their age? Everyone defines regular differently. I have learned that people define "regular" with what they find acceptable. To each his own IMHO What is regular for you may be disgusting for me or others. Thank goodness we can all be different and define things differently and all still be OK.
  8. My friend contacted Eva directly. They are allowed in the cabin. You must have a certificate from a psychiatrist stating that you need this for emotional reasons. You must know that no Thai doctor would do such a thing if not justified.
  9. I can get to the center of that ass in 9 licks!
  10. No, and I didn't even get extra luggage.
  11. Some of us love our animals move than we love others. I am one of those people. I have traveled with my dogs on over 10 international trips to Thailand and as I had 3, I had to pay for an extra business class seat which usually cost me an extra 4k plus. I never had anyone upset because of my dogs. Most flights, the captains wanted them to come to the cabin and play with them for part of the trip as most people with high intelligence are lovers of animals. (Did I just say that?) I did say that but in a joking manner. I have no issue with dogs flying and if a dog is a support dog for a person, I think they should fly for free. My friend will be taken Eva airlines which allows dogs in the cabin. I am glad he found a company to use. I miss my dogs and the boys I got to replace the love I got from them are much more expensive. Maybe I need to get a few more?
  12. A very interesting case was just decided. I hope this holds and gives us all the protections afforded under the act. As Joe Biden might say, "this is a big fucking deal." http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/civil-rights-act-employee-lgbt-discrimination_us_58e4257be4b03a26a3674d34?nflnk8pw5xddholxr
  13. It is back! One of my favorite shows on TV. I am so happy to see it on TV again. Plus, I love me some Wentworth Miller! YUMMY!
  14. According to recent interviews, he was afraid he would disappoint fans. http://people.com/music/barry-manilow-hid-sexuality-thought-being-gay-would-disappoint-fans/
  15. I saw him at Fragata the last few times I was there. He is still sexy.
  16. Alex and Peter, I had a young twink who once said that old men should be muzzled when they go into gay bars so they don't drool on themselves. I have no problem with dogs and in fact, I took my 3 babies with me on about 10 flights from USA to Thailand back when Northwest owned the skies. They were great companions and I loved them a great deal. I hope my friend can carry his dog on his trip as he means more to him that most people will ever know.
  17. I think it all depends of our comfort zone. I have hired from the gay park, the streets, the beach, the saunas and the Internet. I have even hired from the malls. But, I'll usually have someone that speaks the language with me and is able to convert things to a language we both understand. I have been on trips with IHPGuy and he is fluent in Portuguese and is comfortable picking up anywhere. I think so much depends on how much time you have been there and how comfortable you are in these situations.
  18. No, but if you take all of them out of the mix and then the ones that don't fit your body preference, color preference, age preference, weight preference, etc. you get fewer and fewer. If I go to a gogo bar to pick up a boy and discount anyone with a bad attitude, I am left with few. But, I like the bad boys.
  19. I do remember my first trip to Brazil and meeting a few guys at the outdoor cafe and want to take us "for a ride" in their car. I declined but felt a bad vibe. My New York instincts paid off for me. I am glad he at least apologized to you when he saw you again.
  20. That liberal agenda will allow you to get married if you so desire. Not something I thought would happen in my lifetime. Those laws also protect gays, women and minorities.
  21. I met a guy from an escort site in Brazil and almost fell for him. He was amazing but I was stupid and WAY overpaid! But, don't regret the week for anything!
  22. I am a bit of a ditz and when I read this, I missed that you went out of the sauna together. From an old time pimp, I always clarify anything with someone who is an escort. I'd even say, "Hey, I'm going to dinner tonight but I am not looking to pay someone. If you and your friend want a free dinner, you are welcome to come." Then, if I had a good time, I'd probably still give them taxi money to get home. When it starts off in a whorehouse, a sauna, a gogo bar, a massage place then the client must fully expect that money is a motivator. I once had a boy who worked for me at the escort service in NYC and he went behind the agency for a trip to Europe. When he got back, the only treated him to the trip and no money. He and the client got into an argument and the client sent nude photos to the boy's family. The boy came to me and I told him: 1. You are fired for going outside the agency. 2. I'll take care of this client for you. And, I did. Moral, always discuss any and all engagements. This is their business and we are not their friends. We can be friendly and respectful but always discuss what your expectations are or are not.
  23. So, you are going to forsake 3/4 of the guys on the planet?
  24. It is OK if they are not non-stop. I am looking for airlines that stop but then continue with the same carrier and not a partner airline. The reason is most airlines outside of USA do not let dogs in the cabin.
  25. Are there any airlines left that fly into Bangkok from the USA? Delta stopped its Tokyo to Bangkok fights and now use partner airlines. I am not as familiar with other airlines. I have a friend that has a dog that needs to ride up top in the cabin. However, many airlines do not allow this. But, all US airlines will. Any suggestions?
