  1. Sorry Lucky. I have been so busy on this trip with other things. The boys and I stick to our hotel area most of the time and I have only been to Soi Twilight a few times this trip. The last one was 2 days ago and after 4 bars, no boy I wanted. Well, one from one bar but he was a coyote dancer and I didn't go back for him.
  2. May I suggest you switch hosting companies. They may have had your IP blocked or the name blocked and a switch in IP's might be the catalyst to undo the block. Just a suggestion. Wishing you great success in your new endeavor.
  3. The weekends are always packed and yesterday I had to wait a bit for a room but it was a short wait for the VIP room as it is usually free. The regular rooms were full and are many times I go but the wait is never more than 15-20 min. That said, I often get there in the early afternoon to get a good selection. I saw about 40 guys in the room yesterday and by the time the massage finished, there was a new crew of faces. After 5 or 6PM seems to get busy but I can't think of the last time I got there later than 7 so I am not sure about the crowds late at night. I have been there on weekdays and it is best to go around 5 or 6 as some of the guys don't get there till that time. Just my experiences.
  4. I am a big fan of Hero and always get treated well there by the guys. Regular rooms are 600 baht. The VIP rooms are 1100 baht and are a lot larger and have things that some guys like like extra towels, Listerine, etc. I have had a few ask me what the VIP rooms look like so I thought I'd share with you with a little video. Sorry, I didn't notice my Thai masseur was answering all the questions as I was talking till I got home. I thought it was cute that he was having this conversation with me. As always, my weekend trips to Hero always provide me with a good time and good experience.
  5. My friend Devin and I were out and about today and wanted a good burger. He heard that Firehouse was good and so we gave it a try. Firehouse is conveniently located near Hero. I loved the decor. The place had a collection of fire hats from around the world and we were asked if we wanted to wear any of them. They also had fire outfits and said we could wear those as well. LOL If we had been drunk, perhaps we would have taken them up on the offer. But, we didn't. I ordered the baconator which is 90g of beef (raised on a special farm) and 90g of bacon cooked INTO the burger patty. I will say that it was delicious! The fries were also good. My friend had the Blue Cheese burger and some Wedges and he said it was excellent. When we got there we were told it was Happy Hour before 8:30 and 2 drinks for one. Loved it! All in all, the atmosphere was great. We met with the owner who was a very nice guy from USA. The staff was very friendly and the burger tasted great! On top of all this, did I mention it was a short walk from Hero?
  6. Would you trust a rural dic?
  7. Erastic http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Erastic The elastic males use in their underwear or shorts to hold their penis at 180 degrees when an erection occurs to conceal it. Generally more commonly used when in the early teen years. Ben: I have a raging boner Akhmed: Use your erastic to hold it
  8. You are so sweet and kind to not be critical of others. I aspire to be more like you!
  9. OK Koko, I will berate you. 2 sentences and 4 words I had to look up. I felt I was back in my freshman year studying Greek!
  10. Like WillieWillie, I am not one to criticize others. I was once a different person and hung around a really negative group of men and I let their nasty remarks move me over to the dark side. But, I was able to free myself up from them and once I did, I realized how horrible it was to sit around and gossip and criticize others. I have tried to become a better man since. Like Firecat, I don't see the need for anyone to berate anyone for their grammar. Most likely, we will never know the full reasons behind poor grammar or spelling. But, it could be because of lack of education, health issues, dyslexia, etc. It could also be they do all their typing on an IPad or IPhone and the corrected words often make for nonsensical sentences. When I was a teacher, in a former life, the one thing that always got under my skin was when a student picked on another student. It was the one thing that really hurt me as I was one of those picked on kids 20 years before. I have tried my best to live my life and not be critical of others. I don't always succeed but I try. Like Rogie, I agree that PM is often the best place to address an issue if you have one. But, I am also not opposed to someone else correcting others if they do it in a kind way. Unlike Bob, I could not be on the rag this week as last week was my period. Like KhorTose, I appreciate Scooby and all the work he puts into the site.
  11. Well, I downloaded the first season and have watched 4 episodes. I think it is a hoot. Coming from the South, I can relate to his family and esp. hunting and life in the woods with rednecks. They are proud rednecks. As is most of my family. LOL I am really enjoying it!
  12. It would be nice if this holds till my next trip.
  13. I have not seen the show but my interest is peaked as to why it is so popular.
  14. My kind of movie!
  15. If the government is not blocking the site, an easy switch to another hosting company would most likely solve the issue.
  16. Yep, that worked. Thanks.
  17. I am in a Hotel and not sure the provider. But, I have been getting that for a while. It was on and one for 2 months on this current trip to Thailand but usually back on. This time, it has been one week at least and I can't see any page on the site.
  18. For a week, I tried to access the site and it does not work. I am in Bangkok. The site says: Not Found Anyone else having issues?
  19. FH seems to be upset and it was not my intention to upset him or anyone else. He seems to think I have questioned his integrity and that was also not my intention. I made a comment that I do not see the issue when posts are made on this or any site that is not a perfectly worded post. I do not think anyone should expect this from others. If FH believes that I have insulted him, for that I apologize. I guess I need to learn to debate in a more proper way as opposed to the way I did it growing up which is through arguments. Arguing back and forth is not a debate. And, at no point did I ever mean to insinuate that FH was less than honest in his posts. I do believe he was wrong in his points and I am not sure why we can't agree to disagree?
  20. Nice try! HeyGay was years back. Scooby was this week. If you seriously can't see that, you must have blinders on. Like I said early on, I never expected you to admit anything. I knew you much prefer a semantics game. Not me. Now, I am not going to argue with you any further. I'll just end with, we agree to disagree.
  21. http://www.gaythailand.com/forums/topic/9068-the-blue-house-in-gay-pattaya/ FH: "With all respect, who wrote this? The English is atrocious!! This surely isn't Scooby's prose?" You don't call that taking issue? I know your answer. Don't even bother as I am sure you will say that is not berating someone. Again, I disagree! And, for HeyGay: FH said: "And I have to say sorry again, because I think it is utterly ridiculous to permit someone to post gobbledygook and then have the mods clean up his pathetic English just to make it more comprehensible! Where does that end? I readily acknowledge that brevity is not one of my stronger points - and I will try and do something about that in future. But are the mods going to step in and edit my posts so they are more readable to those with a very short attention span? I know it's a ridiculous idea. But no more ridiculous than what they were trying to do with HeyGay's posts. If any poster wishes to post on a message Board which uses English as the language of communication, surely that poster has a responsibility to post in at least reasonable English? We know that some posters here are not English, and in general they post excellent easily readable English (better even than some native English speakers ). Why on earth should someone who was born in England, whose native language is English, who - as we had been informed - actually taught English in Thailand for a while, why should that poster have the right to post nonsense posts? Worse, in my view, why should the mods help him by virtually encouraging that nonsense style of writing through going to the bother of checking all his posts and then editing them? That really does smack of authoritarian rule. I'm sorry because you say you know and like the poster. That being the case, I'd suggest you would have done him a better service by persuading him to cease his pathetic mangling of his native language and writing instead like a reasonably normal person." http://www.gaythailand.com/forums/topic/8455-administrative-decisions/?hl=grammar&do=findComment&comment=62250 Same thread: FH: "If anyone wants to use stronger language or make irrelevant or idiotic posts in mangled English, as z909 said, there are other boards they can join and where they will probably be welcomed. " Sorry, FH, but we disagree on this. I think it is obvious that you wish everyone to write perfect or near perfect English. I don't think this is a bad thing. But, you did just this week tell Scooby his English was Atrocious.

  23. I agree. I didn't realize that Scooby or the Mods deleted any posts that linked over to other threads. I am appalled at this. I can't believe they did that! Oh, wait, perhaps I misunderstood you. Were you saying that you think they should be linked but that it should be Scooby that does it? Oh, I see, that I understand. So kind of you to offer him to do that for you. Wait. Wait. I have a brilliant idea! It is amazing. When you see a thread that needs to be linked, you might post a reply: Hey, there was a great discussion of this thread recently. Here it is:
  24. LOL "Back up your comments" but exclude HeyGay? Isn't that like going to a gun fight but taking only a knife?
  25. Doing the gay guide to Mumbai. Am astonished at the sheer breadth and variety of prostitution options in the city.
