Look for the airline that is using the 787 if possible, I have found Thai airways (flying from Australia) to be good value. Those 787's to me have a little more leg room and are more comfortable than the other planes as well (I'm 6'1" so appreciate that extra little bit of leg room).

If you're there on a weekend you can always go to Chatuchak market, get on the MRT and the stop is right at the markets.

For mine I would recommend The Prince massage, I have always got good service there with both massage and afters. You are correct about Adonis being no more, pity about that, I had the most brutal (and wonderful) screwing there, the boy was well hung and he really new how to use it and he liked to use it hard and deep (definitely wasn't recommended for novices).
