Actually, he responded to my Instagram to him on my Facebook Messenger. Down is 150 feet from Up. It has s corner door and is in a basement. It has an  arched ceiling stuccoed to make it look like a cave. Zero windows and poor layout. Very depressing even before you see what comes in there.

Up is spacious with nice furniture and full of windows. Theres a hostel next door so various young people mingle in but most of the young guys are escorts.
