Hope to get a play in on the 30th and minimal sightseeing otherwise. 31st will hole up in our hotel on 44th and look out windows. What I won't do for my Czechs ! December 30, 20187 yr Author Active Members Prague is becoming more and more beautiful. The long lasting cleaning of National Museum is a success. Discovered the inside of Spanish Synagogue for a concert and Jewish songs.

They still claim there is a dance show and a strip show on fridays and saturdays at 10 pm, but this is not correct : there is no show ! The bar is nice with good size tv with gay porn movies. I recognized some customers from Escape. The bar is much better than Down club. On the other hand, Up is much nicer than before. Boywise, yesterday, there were no boys ... As for Drakes, as usual, the best looking guy is the barman. Pity he is not barechested as they used to be in the past. Few people in the basement. No escorts in the bar or the basement.

January 6, 20197 yr Author Active Members Due to closure of Escape and Strelec, little interest in Up and Down and in Drakes, I took opportunity of my last stay to visit gay bars and clubs. Some are recent or in new locations, other older. Altogether nice surprises : good variety of good quality places. Most are in the Vinohrady area (Saints, Empire, Dandy). Saints is the oldest. Pleasant bar but very small. Empire and Dandy are nice places with friendly staff, good cocktails, and pleasant atmosphere. My preferred is q bar close to Narodni Trida. Great cocktails. Cute barmen in particular one and many young cute lads among customers. Vinohrady bars cater mostly tourists and some Czechs. There are mostly Czechs in Q bar. To be discovered ! For those who are interested in sex club, Alcatraz in its new location.close to Wenceslas Square, is a good discovery. More people attending than in former location in Zizkov, lot of action in back room, friendly staff. Nothing to be compared with Lab.Oratory in Berlin though.

January 6, 20197 yr Active Members There are also a few gay bars between IP Pavlova Metro and the Museum. I think one I went in was Club U Rudolpho, a small basement bar, where there were obviously a few young GFP guys. I think a few of those small bars in that area have a couple such guys sometimes. Has anyone else repeated my good experiences with Up in the afternoon/early evening? Hopefully that scene will last. I'll be in Prague March 11 or so. My Czechs are here until the 10th, 3 more days. The Tom Rogers guy left to go back today.

The Saints is a cosy but friendly as bar! English owner(middle of your pic in black), with his partner in black tie are wonderful hosts! Did you not wander down the road from Empire to TerMIX? From my time in Prague last summer, TerMIX was the "hot" club for Fri/Sat with a great crowd and busy dark/play area! Mainly a twinky crowd but a very good mix for all tastes :P I can't wait to get back to Europe in June for another 3 months!

Dark room is indeed crowded. But TerMIX is so crowded that it is almost impossible to move on Fri/Sat. Lots of twinks. Same as in Geizeer. Geizeer was a possible pick up place. Only rule was to discreet : many boys were willing to do a quickie for $ as long as their friends would not know about it ...
