As they say in the business, 2-out-of-3 (body, face, or dick) is pretty good. I interpreted the original, somewhat brutal "nails pounded into the face" to refer to a tattoo needle (hate face tattoos) or maybe acne scars (strangely, never been a huge turn-off for me). As opposed to actual wounds caused by metal spikes.

it is supposed to be 2 shots with 28 days minimum between.  The nurse said it could be more time between, but not less.

there’s a lot of information out on this - in nutshell, one dose will provide robust protection against mpox and the second shot just extends the protection beyond 2 years.  So, most important to get the first shot now while supply of Jynneos is available and demand is increasing. 

It was hard to get several weeks ago in US & it was by accident/luck that I got it.  Kind of right place, right time sort of luck.  Now, the US CDC has guidelines that allow almost anyone to sign-up for available appointments by just saying you’ve had multiple sex partners in last 2 weeks.  Everything is changing quickly in this topic - as far as I know, vaccines are only available in US from various local Dept of Public Health agencies administered by cities or counties. No private physicians or hospitals have access to vaccines, yet.

it’s true - and those STIs continue to evolve into harder to treat infections. there may come a time when they are no longer treatable w current antibiotics. In the last 18 months, US CDC had to double to course of antibiotics to treat those same infections   Another reason for condoms.

I hate to lie so I'll have multiple partners to honestly qualify. 

Hopefully I can manage through the DC 311 line since we have the biggest caseload in the US here. If not Whitman-Walker Clinic is a couple blocks. Kaiser doesn't give it.

I was snark-referencing metal hardware, eg, piercings etc. Those studs in the face are not glued on. They are embedded I think, not glued on like burlesque titty pasties. I think they have far greater weaponization potential than wearing the baseball cap I was told was prohibited. One escort at Thermas wanted me to yank and twist a metal piercing on his body. Gives me the hebegeebees. Anyway, I’ve learned not to question seemingly nonsensical attire rules, or any illogical rules for that matter, in brothels, the general attitude being they are unilaterally doing me a favour.
