I will be in Bangkok next week.  Has anyone have any experience with Klover?  The guys are very hunky.  I lined the shop to see if they offered special massage and got this reply “We are the exclusive massages ”

They may meant it but also it may mean ' come and see " 

Prestige by Chong Nonsi station seem to be  working on similar format, massage only,  and yet I know somebody who  got lucky there and one of their boys has profile on Grindr.

All boils to chemistry and proper compensation in most cases.

 

Many outlets present a veneer of respectability and would not answer directly on such questions. Some cultural knowledge is essential. Looking at their menu, there are a lot of options for different types of oil massages. It gives an inkling of what can go on there.

I actually went and visited them yesterday:)

I had the impression it was a professional, quality massage place. The Line account does show the staff, but fully dressed in thier uniforms.

i booked a 90min aromatherapy session in the afternoon. The store is on the first floor and looks to be very new. 
 

I was directed to a separate waiting room where my shoes were exchanged, tea provided and selected the oil to be used. I was then asked what areas I wanted the therapist to focus on and any injuries I may have. All very professional so far.

My therapist then took me to my room, a very well equipped space with a massage table with hole, shower and sofa. The shower cubicle has wood walls, with no grime or mould at all. So either it’s very new or they have an amazing cleaning routine.

The massage was fantastic. Sensual without being sexual. I love when they maintain body contact with thier hand has they switch positions. He also used a very light touch at times. It was a very relaxing massage.

I was quite convinced it was a completely professional shop. I now recall a Thai Government Minister at a press conference being asked if it was true half the massage places in Thailand are actually sex shops. He laughed and said no, they all are!

My confusion was removed when he ran his tongue up my back and started nibbling on my ear.

When I turned over I was presented with an “extras” menu on his phone, starting with a simple HJ for 1000B and up to 3000B for “you decide” or something like that:)

i already had plans later that day so declined the extras, but still tipped anyway. 
 

I enjoyed my visit and was impressed with how clean and professional it was run. All the staff I met were friendly and handsome. As I mentioned, not much English spoken but Google translate worked fine.

if your after something a little more classy then the shops in SK I suggest giving it a go.

I think that any massage shop completely staffed by male therapists, you would expect some degree of 'extras' to happen (even at Prime, although rare), and as Vinapu put it aptly, chemistry does play a part.

Never had any funny stuff at Prime, but just today I got a foot massage near Siam Heritage and the cheeky bugger extended the foot massage to the Crown Jewels. 

Fantastic massage too.

You exaggerate.

That's the place with as called above ' veneer of respectability " , probably ,  considering price and ambiance catering more to hi-so people than great unwashed masses,   so they  need to keep appearances and give themselves time to assess  customer. Can't imagine posting that pricing on the price list in the lobby. 

I actually like that approach, massage and then not pushy discussion about possible extras depending of client mood at the moment. Much more classy that what happened to me in one of Saphan Kwai shops last trip  when boy tried to impale me without as much as introducing  himself and asking  if that's is what I'm  looking for ( I was not) .

Whereas I prefer places where it's clear from the start that we will have fun and at what price. That's why I go to SK and Inthamara and Ladphrao and not to Silom/Sathorn/Sukhumvit. From my experience there, I dare say your encounter was an outlier.

you may be right , I posted about that earlier in another thread. Guy I started massage with suddenly got phone call and announced that his mother is asking him to come home immediately. He assure me that his co-worker will come to continue . He arrived indeed but did not bother with any introductions, instantly proceeding  to insertion and this was NOT where last guy left affairs at.

Such thing has never happened to me, and I would not let it happen that they switch masseur to someone I didn't choose (unless he is my type, but chances are very small). I would leave without tip, not even fee for shop unless paid in advance.

I dislike discussing activities and remuneration during massage, that's why I go to places where both is clear from start.
