I'm not familiar with the massages in Bangkok. Where would be a good place to get b2b massages? 

I prefer somewhere more classy and the staffs at Klover and History of Massages are my type. But I'm not sure if they offer B2B. Any other suggestions would be helpful. 

And what would be the usual tips for such services?

Try Jey Spa. They will inform you in advance what is tip expected by given boy as they vary from boy to boy.

If you look at the 15M website, and scroll to the masseurs, you are told if they are gay, straight or vers, and details of tips for each is set out. Pages 1 to 4 are almost all straight, pages 5 and 6 gay or vers.
