I found a new favorite bar in Phnom Penh :-)

I traveled here via Athens, Abu Dhabi then a few dsys near KL.
 

in PP Im staying at Artgur and Paul (excellent choice, btw) and a guy at pool recommended a bar "Asia Cam Bar" about a mile away.

The crowd was youngish, mixture of a few foreigners and a few 20 ish muscle types and some very, very 'me' twinks. 
 

I suspect some of the locals were looking for money, but it seemed non commercial. The music not so loud I chatted with a visiting Oz guy over a few Stoli martinis, made per instruction. 
 

A brought a slim, hopelessly cute twink back. He turned out to be a most enthusiastic, well equipped top. We parted company after a dreamy long cuddle covered in what felt like half a pint of cum. 
 

The whole vibe reminded me of Bangkok in the 80s.  No money was demanded but a tip of $30 was obviously ecpected and graciously accepted. I'm in heaven. I will cherish that look of angelic ecstasy as the lad released his load forever. 
 

I also tried Soma Spa near Riverside. More (recommended, more on that later). I used to be pure top, but age and these Khmer boys is turning me into a cock hungry bottom. Thank heavens for PreP!

It is quite new. I went there on my last trip and it seemed it was still finding its crowd. Glad to hear the vibes were good. I quite like the more relaxed, fun vibe of Phnom Penh.

Soma is a regular masssage shop with above average prices just off Riverside 

i won't say too much, other than the masseur was very skilled, knew some very deep massage techniques and gave me a very full filling experience

I tipped 30 us, such was my satisfaction

I checked out POC bar.  The most lugubrious joint I've visited in decades of whoring. 30$ for a beer after I invited one 'host' to have a drink, only to have several mute and unappealing locals sit down with drinks that ended up on my tab. Not worth arguing over. Just avoid. Never again
