Sunnee Update

Caught up with @floridarob  on Wednesday as he’s in town for some nosh and a wander. Started off at Nano’s CheeseSteak & Burgers restaurant over on Soi L K Pavilion which is off South Pattaya Road. As the name implies, choice of 2 items, CheeseSteaks or Burgers. Meat all from Australia, bread made freshly on the premises daily. Closed on Mondays.

Somewhat bloated, walked down S. Pattaya Road towards Tukcom, then left on the side of Tukcom, then first right, pass Relax@Me Massage shop, where ‘me colleague’ met last nights ‘masseur’. Business was quiet, 2 boys out front, with 1 working inside.

Left at Relax@me, pass Helios, aka The Blue Door. Did notice only a few shoes outside, so again, not busy. Right at the end onto ‘Sip Chet’ then first left then immediate first right onto Pattaya Soi 17, then wandered down to what was called Nice Boys, now called “Boys NighClub”. An interesting choice of name, “Boys AlmostClub” or Boys LocatedAShortDistanceAway Club”. Same mamasan on the front door, and the ‘Old Woman’ was still there loitering. @floridarob briefed the mamasan to keep the ‘Old Woman’ away before we entered.

A bit disappointed, last year the boys were in their underwear, this year in shorts. 5 initially on show, then cut back to 4, as one disappeared out the back, obviously we weren’t his type.  2 locals inside and us 2 farangs. Drinks are 200THB, Boys drinks 300THB, with Off-fee at 500THB. A bloke entered wearing a blue hooped T-Shirt, looking like a Greek fisherman, that was the extent of patrons for the 30ish minutes we were there. A couple of the boys were a bit playful and smiling, although one was mostly glued to his phone,  ‘Me Colleague’ engaged verbally with them both,  concluding 1 was slightly large, the other Thai average. The other 2 weren’t engaging. One of the dancers was late 30’s if not early 40’s. Settled our bill, with a couple of tips administered using the @vinapu method, you know who too,  then took a wander.

Left out of “Boys NighClub”, then first left, walked pass the past, the old “Krazy Dragon”, boarded up, in fact all the old bars / shops were all boarded up on that part of the Soi. First left the first right, and “Winner Boy Bar” neon sign was the only sign of any life. “Euroboy$” bar was shuttered, “Rainbow” bar was open, but no punters. About 5 boys in their underwear were outside, however all jumped to attention and escorted us in. No other customers, however, within a minute of sitting down another farang entered, shortly followed by ‘Phil The Greek’.

Drinks cheaper at 178THB, Boys drinks were 250THB, can’t remember the Off Fee. All boys happily fitted the Twink category, on stage we had 1 grey, a white and 3 blacks, referring to the underwear colour, of course. Interestingly, we were offered cushions as we sat down! Did check they were presentable!!. The first farang that entered after us did call down one of the boys, so business very quiet. The bar is owned by a Dane who was back in Denmark, so apart from the boys working and the Twinky barman, the place was running it’s self.

For what could be the last of the Twinky Go-Go bars, if busy carries on as it is, this will be closing and ending an era. Settled our bill with Grey Trunks (see photo), as he was the one in front of us the whole-time dancing on an overturned old industrial reel of cable, tuck performed, (above average) and mutual sharing of the finger smell. As we left after 45 minutes or so, did notice there were another 3 suitably attired boys outside, so 8 in total working. Grabbed a BOLT and headed to CockA2 for some serious drinking.

Geez ..a lot of walking..you must of got your 10,000 steps up 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♂️

How did you manage that walk ..too far in the heat 

I only use Grab 🛵🛵
