I guess vinapu can always improvise it by dipping it in somtam, and have it with a side of chicken and cashew nuts and two Thai kielbasas. 😉

I was thinking about that but decided against as it would be 50 % more  fun at 100% more cost. Not that I abandoned idea entirely and may try when there next time providing both of them will be still in business.

that will be overdoing it. I like simple foods leaving sophisticated dishes to sophisticated people

That's right, chicken and cashew nuts and som tam  would be the peak of sophistication. Far too showy. 🙄
