Gays in Bangkok

Recommended Posts

Hi boyjt and welcome to the forum

For gays to explore in Bangkok you can open Grindr or Hornet, plenty of gays there.

Nox is pretty new and far away from Silom and centre.. See if you can find some of their guys working in other and closer venues.

Glam’s is a solid upmarket choice and guaranteed H.

Good luck!

Initially I read it as you did but I think what he meant was he was looking for options that we gays could explore. 😅

@boyjt Welcome to the forum. Take sometime to browse through the forum and you'll find the answers that you're looking for.

I know, but I couldn’t help myself 🙂 .

However, the forum is quite full of recommendations on venues to explore.

what is the normal amount of tip for more? i saw some mentioned about 1000 for sex but that seems low.

I had tried out Residences and History of Massage, and I liked the experiences.

For full service (H) you would expect to pay on average around 1500. In the Saphan Khwai shops it is around 1100 to 1200 in minimum tips. In the silom shops that do full service, like Senso, it is 1800 minimum tips. In the higher end shops it is 2000++

You pay less for B2B.

If you go for the rough trade you can expect to pay around 500-700. However, please use a condom and remember that herpes can spread via skin contact with infected areas outside of the condom.

This is based on what locals report they pay via Line groups dedicated to this and not on what some farangs thinks prices should be.

If you have what it takes then you can of course get things for free in the non-commercial market.

That may be an issue - will those services  available to locals be available to non-locals at all, specially non-Asians ? Not only in Thailand  , but I venture to say everywhere  , a lot of services , specially bordering on legality but not only,  are available  only to people in the know which usually are locals.

I understand you, but you may be overthinking it. They tend to review shops which tend to be frequented by people on this forum such as Jey Spa and Phoenix. There are shops like BKK Signature that are mostly frequented by locals but that is due to geography, that it is outside of the main CBD, and not because there are subtle barriers for non-locals.

It depends,  one thing I like about H places is they are clear what top

is expected,  though you may go higher if you want, last trip a bit over half of my Bangkok massages were at Arena, expected tip if my memory serves 1000.   Much of the reason for my frequency was I met a guy I very much liked.

I also went to Prince one time where the guys are, to my taste hotter and prices higher.  If I remember right 2000.

To me the chemistry with the Arena guy along with the fact it was easy walking distance took the advantage.

Thai customers would have even grabbed a few beers and bought some food from across the street to be enjoyed together.

I would to, though an argument could be made that that was also about me as I enjoyed spending the time with them.

I would like to add that I like discussions like this,  I learn a lot and I think that they improve both mine, and the guys I meet, experiences.  Also it is good to see others view points even if in the end I disagree.

no issue here, I bow to your experience as I don't follow those Line groups you mentioned.

Sure they do also review some very local shops too, but from what I read these are not worth the hassle (for me at least, but if you’re bored you might want to) of seeking out as they seem to be very out of the way from the BTS and MRT. They may not offer a level of service that is worth seeking out as long as Saphan Khwai area is as accessible as it is. Time to destination, accessibility and convenience are also factors to consider besides price 😉

I went to one, I felt bad because i haggled it to half the price he quoted, and he was so much nicer than i thought, and i enjoyed him but i only brought that much cash on me.
